Avoid at all costs. They made a mess of the house. It’s taken us a few months to get things back to normal after spending so much money on top to refurbish everything. The boiler is now leaking and due to this, the central heating doesn’t work most of the time. They still have a lot of unfinished jobs and we’ve not heard back from them for months. Our house was in a much better state before they turned it upside down. Maybe if they completed the work in a timely manner and didn’t damage our property, I would have recommended them. But sadly no.

Arktek did very good quality internal wall insulation, professional job done. The team was friendly and completed the insulation work on time. I recommend Arktek for great and quality work

AVOID! Caused a leak in my office and put me out of work for the day and they simply couldn't care less. They've still not fixed the damaged cased after nearly 2 weeks. If you value your home, don't let them anywhere near it!

These cowboys were used to do the insulation in my house, and fit an ASHP, insulation and solar panels… a 300 year old house and they didn’t respect it at all. Plastered a door shut!! Had to re plaster and did an awful job, butchered the skirting boards and stuck them back on with glue, I had a year old baby girl at the time, and they had scattered nails and screws around like they were confetti. No finesse to the job. It’s cost me £4500 to put my little home back together after these thugs had been in.. I would have been better leaving the old boiler in and saving up to replace that one.they didn’t even connect the solar panels to the batteries 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m not sure if it’s Arktek themselves or sub contractors but who ever they are they need to have a career change because this one isn’t for them. If I had known how much of a nightmare it was going to be I would have said no to everything. Government funded or not - they don’t care, in and out as fast as possible.

The team that helped out with my house was Kaldeep’s team where they were not only a great team making sure the work got done but also helped out with extra bits here and there honestly couldn’t recommend them more enough if you get this team then just know you’re guaranteed good service and make sure to make them some tea it seems to be a favourite.

The team are a great bunch of nice guys who are all great to talk to and great at explaining everything they do. Complete set of cowboys if you want your house a tip with everything damaged then let these bunch of cowboys of an outfit undertake your work they will damage your property and belongings the actual workmanship is a laughing stock the workers certifications definitely need to be looked at! damaged multiple items in the property still awaiting for them to finish off the works they started over a year ago no surveyors have been out to oversee anything still awaiting certifications of works!

Kaldeep and his team did a fantastic job at my house. I was worried about the amount of mess that would be caused, but Kaldeep and his team made sure the work was done perfectly with very little disruption to my family. My daughter suffers from asthma, so Kaldeep made sure the rooms were cleaned after each day Also, Arktek didn't tell me how the work would be carried out until Kaldeep turned up. He explained everything in great detail. I had a few issues with what was being done, as many of the Arktek workers were telling me different things. Kaldeep was honest with me and reassured me about everything. I can't thank Kaldeep enough. Great work, guys! Just a warning: if you have received a call from 'Waqas,' ignore him and stay clear of him! He might use different names now, as he has let down many people with fake promises. He will be on the phone 24/7 before the work starts, but after the work is done, he will block your number! Thank you so much kaldeep and the team A* work

I would never use this firm again told us we have to move out of our home to stay in a hotel told us we would get our money back for the hotel and had not a penny back unprofessional firm please do not use arktek

Great work by kaldeep and the team, insulation work is being done to a high standard, the job is messy but they have done everything to keep the house as clean as possible using dust sheets and sweeping as they go. They are still ongoing and will finish in 2 days but we are very happy with the work hence the early review

Had this company insulate my home under government eco4 scheme, biggest mistake I have ever made and the most stressful thing I have ever had in my life, workmanship ship is so bad it can best be described as vandalism,not one part of this reasonably size job was done to an acceptable standard even simple installation of a trickle vent in a window they got wrong and damaged the window,to more important things like my central heating system no longer heats my home ,many jobs still not finished seven months later ,plug sockets hanging off the wall the and plastering over period features they basically ruined my home, the only saving grace is it didn't cost me anything because of the grant but then again it's going to cost thousands to put it right ,what ever you do ,if you value your house don't let them anywhere near it

Too many issues to mention. Incorrect instillation, water from leak and cleaning left to my elderly parents, do not answer phone calls or messages left, one year on and my 86yr old parents have a system that does not fully heat there home after numerous attempts to rectify. They had an old system that worked but decided for a more modern and economical system. They wished they left it alone. Shocking service from the beginning. Avoid at cost

As a company it's customer service on central heating is $¥%£%#* rubbish slam the door in there face and have nothing to do with them

Really pleased with this company, very professional. We had a boiler installation and underfloor insulation installed as part of the Eco scheme. Mark and colleagues were really professional and we were really pleased with the boiler installation. All engineers arrived on time, with courtesy calls from Arktek before every visit. I would really recommend.

Outstanding.

The order was cancelled because our double glazed windows were green we had not been told it was cancelled until I rang to find out what was happening with the boiler fitting and the air vents were the problem. The surveyors had been to the house and not told the fitters the colour of with windows apparently they can't get green window vents very disappointed that the company couldn't be bothered to contact us to let us know

Wow what a fab team Mark James and Matt. Cannot thank them enough today . A fantastic job completed installing a new boiler system for my elderly Mum. Not the easiest of jobs but they mastered it and never once complained. They are a great bunch of lads and deserve a platinum star for their excellence. I can highly recommend as I can honestly say they did us proud today.

They are the real deal, had a new boiler and cavity insulation. More than happy to come back and resolve any issues we had even months after the job had been finished. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. The engineers who arrived to do a new boiler install were Mark and James. They were consumately professional throughout and carried out their duties with distinction. Absolutely wonderful personalities too which made the whole process seamless and dare I say it enjoyable :-) and since whens a new boiler install enjoyable with so much that could potentially go wrong. But not with these two at the helm who knew the job inside out and completed it without breaking sweat. Company boss, if you're reading this then these two deserve a pay rise and are a credit to your firm 👏 these are exactly the type of employees you should be pulling out all the stops for to keep. Very neat and tidy finish and they even took out the time to pop back and train me on how to use the wireless thermostat correctly which was well and truly above the call of duty. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about using this company 👌

This is absolutely shocking compay and really upsetting service. They are not sincere with the customers. They are not telling you truth. They first try to took signatures on consent and other forms and then try to charge hell amount of money. When they took signatures after that they do not pick phone or respond. e lot of your time in waiting. P

Had a couple of jobs at our office - installing a loft hatch and insulating quite a large area in the loft. The team was superb from start to finish. Clear communication, prompt arrival, and very quick to get through the work on the day. Can't recommend highly enough!

I Rate Arktek 10/ 10 in service. I had my new boiler installed by two Gas Engineers. I also had my house installation done by Adam & Jay. The third person handy guy on team player Micheal. I've had Inspection checked my an Officer who came to visit & view whats been done by lnstallation team. On that same day l had my boiler done and replaced for a new combi boiler both things got done at once on the same day. The Customer Service team on call system are very friendly as well as the engineers. I've noticed a huge difference since the house is much warmer and the boiler is so quiet. We will be recommending Arktek Ltd to all of our family and friends. Stay Blessed. Achieve Believe Suceed.

Absolutely Shocking company and service!!! I DO NOT recommend you getting anything done from these guys. The rep lied about everything that he promised. I got a boiler installed and left it like a mess not even plastered it back up and didnt even bother boarding it up which they promised they would do. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! Rang them and told us the manager would visit the property but still not heard anything about it and this got done in October. 2 months later not heard from the company or the manager.

Horrible company. Sales rep lied about work. Had to pay out money. Do not reccomend at all. Lack of communication. All they care about was and is making money. They took advantage of an old age pensioner. I hope they eventually geymt cought out.

DON'T BOTHER. They booked us in for a loft insulation job. I took the afternoon off to be at home. They don't turn up.... So I call hours after they are due only to be told we didn't qualify and they aren't coming. Even though they booked us in. Shocking service. Wasted afternoon off work for nothing.
