Matt came on July 31st to service the boiler. I request Matt every year. He does such a fabulous job and I completely trust him. He’s always on time. He’s friendly and polite, and I always know that he will do a thorough service. I highly recommend the EcoGlow group and Matt in particular.

Matt & Mullen were excellent workers who kept me informed & explained all.

We have just had our solar panels and batteries installed by Ecoglow. I cannot speak highly enough of them. From the first call to getting my certification after install, the process was outstanding. There is very little that seems value for money these days, but they definitely are. I was told by one of the big installers that I could only have 9 panels . Ecoglow have done 17. Originally it was going to be 19, but there wasn’t quite enough space . So instead of just accepting that, they took the panels away and brought back higher power panels an hour later. Just one example of the great customer service. The team including Evan, Marius, Brandon were great workers , and never once complained about working in scorching 35 degree temps. After install there was a slight problem with the position of one of the isolaters. Within an hour of calling, Magic the electrician arrived and moved it, solving the problem. the office staff Charlie and Emma were exceptionally helpful and Tony the director made sure everything went to plan on site. I’m sure I’ve missed someone, but I’ll check and they will get a positive review too. And on top of it all, they were cheaper than the Octopus with 8 more panels on my roof. Best money ever spent, and best company I’ve ever used. You can’t go wrong . Thanks guys

Matt and mullen are Amaizing I had a smart TRV system installed on my boiler, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The technician was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, completed the installation neatly, and made sure the whole system was working perfectly before leaving. Ecoglow recently installed solar panels and a battery at my property, communication was efficient and timely, contractors were punctual, efficient, courteous and professional and set up the apparatus for me, work was completed within a day and the site was left tidy, they sent me a link to connect to the online platform and showed me how to monitor my energy use, already seeing the results on my electricity meter. Very pleased

EcoGlow recently installed solar panels, heat pump, battery, radiators etc to our house in Cheam Surrey. The work was carried out in a professional manner by an excellent crew of technicians. Matt (Honeywell system installer) and Dave (solar equipment installer) from Ecoglow were both highly knowledgeable and professional in their respective trades. Matt had to return to site due to a defective radiator valve issue. He investigated and resolved the problem efficiently. Although the fault was not related to his installation work, but rather an issue with an older radiator requiring a different type of valve/regulator, he still took responsibility for ensuring everything was put right and working as expected. Dave carried out the solar equipment installation to a high standard and demonstrated strong technical understanding throughout. Overall, both engineers were competent, helpful, and committed to delivering a good standard of work.

Matt, the engineer from Ecoglow Group, was amazing. As soon as he walked through the door, he was pleasant, professional, and took the time to explain why he was there and the process he would be following. He maintained a positive attitude throughout the visit, and I felt confident and reassured by his knowledge and expertise. The eco glow group supplied and fitted an air source pump heating system. They took me through the process step by step. Answered all my questions. The men were very clean tidy and polite. They did an excellent job installing my system. They also left my home clean and tidy when they finished the installation. Can’t recommend them enough.

Ecoglow were very efficient from start to finish on the solar panels and the battery they fitted, very clean and tidy, had one small issue with the inverter but resolved it very quickly and now I seem to be saving approx I think 40% on my electricity bill, would highly recommend

I recently leased an electric car and needed an electric charging point installed. I was organising it all pretty last minute but I spoke to Tony at EcoGlow who managed to fit us in for a survey the next day and managed to fit us in to have it installed within the week so it was there before the car was delivered. They were super quick, reliable, professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend using them!!

Very impressed!! Engineers James and Sam came in to do my new heating system. They were very professional and hard working. They finished the job in 2 days which is impressive for a full heating system! James had an apprentice who was keen to learn and did what he was asked first time. Overall very pleased with the outcome and they made the process as comfortable as they could, would definitely recommend.
