After 6 attempts through one thing and aouther a radiater was fitted but not finished because of pipe work so anouthet 3 werks later still waiting and you leave a msg and no come back i know your busy but a bit comunication wouldnt hurt
Absolutely shocking service. Did not attend first appointment. Waited in all day. 2nd appointment, promised would arrive at 8 am. Came at 10.10 am only due to first client not at home. Was not told he needed to be here as a first appointment. Shocking communication. Was here 20 mins at the most, was told it was a 2 hour service??? I would not recommend.
Signix work for Octoplus fitting their solar Panel systems and they have just fitted 8 panels and a battery at my premises . I can only say that the whole team were fantastic. I had a text from the supervisor Junaid the night before to advise me of their arrival time. Junaid and his team turned up on time and they were all very polite and friendly giving me reassurance as Junaid showed me the work to be completed. It was 35 degrees and the team got on with the work with no complaints. All the work is really neat and tidy and I was very impressed with the young team. I was shown the app and everything was explained by Junaid. I would say to Signix that Junaid is a real asset to your company , he leads by example and from the front and he teaches his team a great work ethic and great customer care. You need to look after him he will make your company grow
I'll comment upon the service and support I received from Junaid specifically. Junaid is possibly the best on site and remote support person I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He is extremely knowledgeable, gets to the root cause of problems very quickly and has always been able to resolve every issue I've had with our our Solar/Battery system. Not only that, but he arrives exactly when he says he's going to, communicates brilliantly over text and phone and is a very nice person too! Really couldn't ask for anything further. Exemplary service all round.
Just had solar and battery storage installed by Signix on behalf of Octopus Energy. The team were excellent, they worked really hard, despite the heat wave, did a great job, kept everything neat and tidy and were very pleasant chaps. Really great job and very happy with the result!
I've just had my solar battery installed by Signix Ltd. Excellent workmanship, superior communications polite and trustworthy engineers who simply went above and beyond to ensure the installation was conducted to the highest of standards . Highly recommended 👌
The guys at Signix recently installed a home battery system for me in readiness for a future solar install once the re-roof is completed later in the year. Their service front start to finish has been nothing short of sublime. The engineer (Junaid) kept me well informed pre-install and throughout. I cannot recommend Signix enough for any renewable service, their knowledge and expertise shines through end to end!
We had solar panel installed by this company. I was impressed by their work ethic; they arrived when they said they would, and worked like trojans both days of installation ( the second day was in appalling weather). The installation was completed in timely fashion, with everything neat and tidy. The installers cleaned up at the end of both days. We did have a slight hiccup on the commissioning process, but this was quickly resolved the following morning. All the people we dealt with were unfailingly helpful and cheerful. I would thoroughly recommend this company to install solar panels.
I was messaged by Signix Ltd the day prior to them installing my solar panel system, on behalf of Octopus. I was informed of the expected arrival time. The installation team arrived a little earlier than expected and whilst the team began to prepare their equipment, their supervisor discussed the proposed work schedule with me, confirming loft access, meter location, cable routes, exact location of external equipment, etc. The team worked cohesively to ensure the entire installation was completed in accordance with the prescribed schedule. The team completed the installation in a professional, timely manner. They cleared each work area of debris and centralised all waste for disposal. (Octopus were to arrange waste removal). I would gladly use this team again and thoroughly recommend them to anyone wishing to install solar systems.
Signix were contracted by Octopus to install my Solar panels and battery system. Communication from the team leader was superb keeping me up to date, the arrival of the team, the install plan, the progress of the installation and what was required from me. The team of three were efficient professionals and a credit to the company. A clean and professional job. It might be electricians OCD but the routed wiring is very neat and pleasant to look at. Thanks Signix for first class tradesmen.
