Design Heating Ltd is named by several reviewers who describe Keith designing heating systems around their homes, including air source heat pump conversions, a Vaillant heat pump, a new Vaillant boiler and unvented cylinder, replacement radiators and a complete house re-plumb. Reviewers report good communication and after-installation support, with one saying Keith kept them informed through the BUS grant process and answered questions in detail. Several describe tidy working and clearing up each day, and one says the price was competitive while another found the service reasonably priced. One reviewer says a shower room repair was done to an excellent standard. A recurring point is that Keith took time to review and design the correct system, which one reviewer contrasted with quotes from larger companies.

Keith at Design Heating did a fantastic job converting my home from an old LPG setup to an air source heat pump. He designed the entire system specifically to the house to run in the most efficient way, even down to pipe and radiator locations. He also handled the BUS grant process and kept me fully informed throughout. Communication was excellent, and he was happy to answer questions and explain how everything worked in great detail. His knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. I’m delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Design Heating to anybody looking to upgrade/replace or service their heating.

Wanted a new heat pump to replace our ageing oil boiler, got several quotes from the big companies and also one from Keith at Design Heating. The difference was that Keith took the time to review and design the correct system for my house, the others all sent sales people who didn’t do the same, some quoting system way too big for what was needed. The install was first class and Keith really took the time to do a good job, not rushing it and making sure it was done correctly. He also provides support after installation to make sure the system runs as efficiently as possible. I am impressed by the system so far with us getting our hot water for next to no cost at all. I would recommend getting a quote from Design Heating, as they go the extra mile that the big companies just don’t care about.
