Decade Plumbing and Heating LTD

Absolutely brilliant. Found problem and rectified promptly, cleanly and made sure everything was working. No mess, respectful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend. You couldn’t get better. Thank you 👍👍

Needed a new gas system boiler and hot water cylinder to replace our 25 year old setup so asked Decades to quote for supply and fitting. Also wanted our new hot water cylinder to be placed in the loft, ( the loft already had a reinforced floor), so Ben was happy to quote for that too. He was very knowledgable, listened to everything we wanted, and gave us confidence in his ability to sort everything out. We were more than happy with the quoted price and the very detailed quote.Ben and Mark were extremely pleasant and worked from 8am to 6pm every day for 4 days, working practically nonstop fitting the boiler, cylinder and lots of pipe work. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day leaving everywhere neat and tidy. When they had finished, they explained everything in detail and showed us how it all worked. They went the extra mile in every single detail. Everything works perfectly and we are very happy. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to our friends and family. Many thanks to Ben and Mark for all they’ve done.

Truly excellent work. Mark undertook the plumbing for our new kitchen, moving the supply and pipework, additionally undertook the plumbing for a new cloakroom, including fitting a new toilet and basin, and also plumbed in new radiators across the kitchen/dining/cloakroom and porch. The neatest work we've ever seen, and extremely helpful and considerate. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

Absolutely top service from Decade. Lovely friendly guys, reliable and trustworthy. I can’t recommend them enough for call outs, new installations and general boiler servicing. They arrive when they say they will and offer excellent value for money
