Excellent service after I had emergency water leak in loft. Assessment done and organised repair. Had to do the work in very hot temperature and came back to sort out minor issues with air locks. Great team of people, including the office team who work hard to get repair sorted.

SafeSure have recently serviced our boiler and fixed our toilet cistern. Both jobs were completed very professionally, arrived on time, cistern a day early when they had a cancellation!! Fair prices. In recent weeks Safesure has completed three jobs for me: cured a leak underneath the kitchen sink; solved a problem with the installation of a new washing machine in the utility room; and installed a new toilet and sink in the downstairs cloakroom. Throughout the work has been done in a very timely, professional and tidy manner. Moreover the plumbers involved have provided essential creative input to ensure that the jobs were completed optimally. Superb.

Great work by Safesure - we had all the rads replaced, new rads added and a complete new bathroom and en-suite. We’re very pleased and we have no hesitation recommending Safesure. Thanks to all the friendly team we saw - especially big Nathan as well as Jay, Dave, Corky, Cal, Reece and Lewis. Also Tom who made sure it all happened, kept in touch throughout, visited frequently and was most professional.

David attended promptly after me phoning the office with a gas leak. He was here in 15 minutes and spoke to the Cadent engineer and fixed my leak by my meter. Would highly recommend and will definitely use this company again for any other issues!

I found Safesure very diligent in their assessment of my central heating issue and the process used to troubleshoot to an eventual solution. We had a burst pipe beneath our kitchen floor. We called SafeSure this morning who were able to send Reece round to us this afternoon. We couldn't be happier with the service we received! Reece was incredibly efficient and got the job done quickly without cutting corners. He also gave us fantastic advice that helped us understand the issue and options to prevent it in the future, which we really appreciated. What stood out most was his willingness to go above and beyond, staying outside of his normal working hours to ensure we were not left without water overnight. On top of that, he left everything spotless, tidying up so well you'd never know any work had been done. Highly recommend Reece and the SafeSure team to anyone in need of a reliable and professional plumber!

I had a central heating breakdown over a weekend and called a number of firms requesting a callback ASAP. Ally from SafeSure was the only one to call me back, on Monday morning, and arranged an engineer to come on Tuesday morning. David arrived earlier than expected, which was great, as we were freezing, and quickly identified the problem. He left to get the relevant part and had the problem fixed and the central heating going by lunchtime. Along the way, he patiently explained the cause of the problem, and got the job done with the minimum of fuss. I will be calling them again for any future problems, and I highly recommend them.

Unfailingly outstanding service. During a routine boiler service Tom investigated the poor performance of our 4 year old system and identified an error made during the original installation. He researched with the manufacturer of the component and was able to recommend an upgrade to the unit to deliver the required heat output. The parts were ordered promptly and installed at our earliest convenience following delivery from Europe The engineers who attended were on time, polite and took pains to ensure we understood all aspects of the remedial and preventative work carried out. SafeSure gave us a quick quote when our combi boiler in the loft went a week before Xmas. They replaced it urgently so we could have heat over the holidays, then finished it off straight after. The two Nathans worked hard, and were considerate and made sure we were comfortable. Big Nathan finished the job with a full cleanse and left us with a lovely warm home.

Had the very best experience using Safesure. I had an old system with floor standing boiler in the kitchen and tanks in the loft. Tom went through all the options available, and the prices for each. It wasn’t just the plumbing that was excellent, but the removal of all old tanks and kit, some re-tiling and bricking up the old flue, all carried out expertly. I had Callum and Nathan in my house for a week, and it was a genuine pleasure, they were polite, professional and explained everything that I needed to know.

Great service from Ollie and Jay. They replaced my Aqualisa mixer unit, fixed me a new thermostat for my Worcestor Bosch boiler, replaced a rusty radiator and fixed my failing sealant. Timely quote, arrived on time, did the job, and Ollie was really helpful at helping me choose from options, and working with me to get the settings right for my family. Would 100% use them again.

Ollie have some really helpful advice via email when we had a new washing machine delivered that wouldn't fit the existing waste pipe. Very professional and quick to reply, including giving us the link to purchase the extension pipe we needed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. We've used them before and always get quality service. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Safesure have completed a number of pieces of work for us in the last year and we have been very pleased each time with their organisation and planning as well as the quality of the work. We've had a boiler changed and moved, improved our bathrooms, had a leak found and repaired as well as having our radiators flushed. Each time the guys have arrived on-time, been a pleasure to have around and have completed the work to a high standard. Definitely recommended.

I called this man to come and install brand new toilet in my home. He charges all needed but could not get the job down . it took him more than a month to install toilet. he has to contact his brother to help him out. After installation, the sink start licking and the toilet blocked. I called him to come and fixed it and he came to say I should use chemicals. He totally ignored the lick from the sink. This man should not be doing this job. he is not feet to do the job. i have to call another plumber to complete the job.

We have used Safesure Plumbing in the past for a boiler service but we recently used them for our cloakroom renovation and utility room. They were professional, hard working, polite and we were very impressed with the high quality of work. Highly recommend.

I used Suresafe to replace an old back boiler which broke down at my fathers house in Luton. Quote was quickly arranged and a date set. Work was carried out neatly and house left clean and tidy, with keys returned as requested. Final invoice was identical to quote. Good contractor and will use for the yearly service.

This is the second time that I have used Safesure for major work and once again they did a fantastic job. Took the time to explain and suggest things before we agreed on the job. They ripped out the old bathroom and installed new including tiling. At end of the job they even fitted towel rail and soap holders that we provided at no extra cost. I would recommend Safesure every time.

Replaced a 30 year old boiler with a combi boiler. Replacement had to go into the loft because there was no available space with access to an outside wall for the flue. Quoted a very competitive price, and stuck to the quote. The job was done on time, very professionally with no mess. I highly reccomend this firm.

I had the MagnaCleanse system installed at mine. The plumber (Thomas) did a fantastic job fitting it and ensuring all the radiators were thoroughly cleaned. Totaly a breath of fresh air finding Tom and safesure plumbing and heating replacing a faulty shower pump and because i am disabled actualy talking the old pump that i had purchased a few months ago Tom took it to the shop and got my refund for me all in his own time i would give Safesure plumbing and heating 10 stars if i could i would totaly recommend you call tom and safesure first for any plumbing and heating job needed

I had a gas engineer recently install a new boiler and change a few radiators, the work was extremely neat and tidy and the engineer was very polite and informative. I would recommend SafeSure to my family and friends. Also with money being tight, SafeSure set me up with the option of a finance (rates are very good) deal which really helped as I have a baby on the way!
