Pure Spark ES Ltd customers often praise the politeness and professionalism of the team, with several saying everything was explained clearly. The installation team is described as neat and helpful, and one reviewer says the finished solar installation looks really good. One reviewer reports a complex full rewire that was done on time and to a high standard, while another reports problems after electrical work, including missing switches, holes in garage fascia, unwired porch lights, leftover mess and a live box hanging from the wall; that reviewer had to bring in another electrician to put things right. Another reviewer says the business did not get back to them about whether it could carry out the job.
Brilliant service, explained everything discussed needs and very efficient. Would highly recommend Jay and his team
I had solar fitted on my house and would highly recommend going here if you are thinking about doing the same. the team was amazing. when I asked for a quote they showed me different options of what I could possibly go for. and pros of each. everything was explained very well. the install team were also great. very polite - the install looks really good and I couldn't be happier! thanks again
Jase and his team can be relied upon to do quality work, on time and at a good price. He brings years of experience to give you the best of advice to save money and time.
I recently had some electrical work carried out at my home and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was completed to a very high standard. What really stood out was how tidy and respectful they were while working in the house — everything was left clean and neat afterwards. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and it’s clear they take real pride in what they do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy electricians. Fantastic service and great value for money.
Good knowledge of equipment and fitted to a high standard. Quick turnaround from quote to actual works
Very professional from start to finish, our solar has been working great, wouldn’t hesitate to use again
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pure Spark carried out a full and complex rewire of our property, and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. The team were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly tidy throughout the job, keeping us informed at every stage and making what could have been a stressful project feel completely seamless. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, and their attention to detail really stood out. It was a challenging rewire, but they handled everything with confidence and expertise, delivering the work on time and to a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pure Spark to anyone looking for reliable, skilled electricians. A truly 5-star service.
They got one star for their politeness (most of them) as for the rest I had to get another electrician to sort there mess out. Which included no electric light switch, at the bottom of stairs, they just left a blank, holes made in my garage facia, by using the wrong screws, which lost my 10 year guarantee, two lights in my porch not wired in, which they said wasn't on the list, but to me a little bit of common sense would make anybody ask, as they walked past them to enter the building, every day. They left bits of wires, screws, and brick/plaster dust everywhere they made a hole, even a live grey box hanging out of the wall. And that's only part of the problem. Would I recommend definitely not.
Fantastic Service as always from the team at Pure Spark!

Would highly recommend Jay and his team, great work, really nice, polite and professional lads. Fantastic communication from start to finish - great job 5 stars.
Waste of time. Didn't get back to me to say whether they could carry the job out.
