Green Pulse Energy advised us on choosing solar panels, supplied and fitted them. The work was done on time, efficiently and the panels have been working without a hitch since. Green Energy staff have been consistently courteous and helpful, and are available on the phone with no delays.

We had our solar panel and battery system installed by Green Pulse Energy 2 years ago and it has proved to be faultless and worked exactly as we had hoped. The installation team did the whole job on one day and they were respectful of our property. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Green Pulse installed our PV system including battery two years ago. The installation was done quickly and without any problems. A few minor software issues have arisen occasionally over the last two years but these have all been very quickly resolved. I would be happy to recommend Green Pulse for their equipment, quality of installation and customer service.
Extremely pleased with the whole installation. It was quick and clean and not disruptive. Ive had a couple of years to report back now and I am so glad I had the panels and battery. My electric Bills are really low. I also use the electric to replace gas central heating when it's really cheap and battery is full. Then there's the invironmental aspect which, for me, was a big part of my decision. I feel I have done what I could towards my grandchildren future.
Green Pulse installed our solar panels - 21 of them - in November 2021 and the panels have been brilliant. Our clients love that we're predominanly solar powered, it really helps our sustainability model. Green Pulse were helpful early on when designing what we required, installation went without any hastle at all and since installation they've been on hand with any questions we've had. 5 Stars!

After an initial problem with the installation two and half years ago , the problem was resolved, and since then I have found Green Pulse professional and helpful going forward. I would recommend the company, because it's good to have peace of mind , that if anything does go wrong , it will be resolved by the team .
I had this company supply and fit my panels nearly 2 years ago. The work was completed and all mess was cleared without problems. I have since enjoyed the benefits of lower fuel bills as well as cashback from the sale of my excess generated, back to the grid.
From initial call and visit with Pete Spink, to the installation the engineers Dennis, Karl, Glenn and Jon were all excellent hard working and trustworthy and Julie and Jacqui's communications were first class highly recommend
Due to a delay in parts not being available from overseas suppliers, our installation started on the day the snow fell for the first time during 2022 in Bedfordshire. The knock on effect was the installation was spread over several day. You don't want to be on a roof in the dark. The installation team worked neatly and were very polite. Since commissioning the app has shown the system is working well. As soon as the battery get 50% full on goes a washing machine or dishwasher, using the energy generated by the solar panels. I would highly recommend Green Pulse Energy
We recently moved house into a property with solar panels installed several years ago by Green Pulse. The previous owners were unable to give us copies of the documents we needed to set up an export tariff but luckily they did give us the name of the company that installed them. When I called Green Pulse for help Erin was brilliant. She was so helpful, professional and quick to provide what we needed. Thank you!
Frinton Bowls Club have been very impressed by both the installation and performance of our 16 panel solar system over the past two and a half years. The economics of the installation are indisputable, we have enjoyed a contribution of £500 each year from exporting unused power to the grid, and benefitted from using £1000 worth of power each year, by the reduction in the amount of power imported from the grid. A win all round.
Green Pulse Energy were invited to assess the possibility of installing a battery storage system to my existing solar panel array. A quote was provided detailing the work that would be required. This installation was completed in good time in the chosen location. Green Pulse Energy also cleaned my solar panels and installed bird netting. Finally an iBoost unit was installed to my immersion tank to enable water heating from excess solar energy. All the work was completed with no problems. I can recommend Green Pulse Energy for all your solar and energy saving solutions.
We had Green Pulse clean our solar panels and asked them to assess the performance of our 4Kw 12 year old solar system. The cleaning of the panels on the roof was carried out efficiently taking about 2 hrs - the system assessment was 60% of the act total cost & took about 15 mins. The cleaning of the panels was excellent value for money and the system assessment was less so. The assessment consisted of measuring the total of the panels & comparing to the design specification. The obvious flaw in this approach is it needs to be done in the middle of summer on a bright sunny day. I had been told that the process would consist of checking the performance individual panels to check each one. Luckily our system measured 3.77Kw for a 4kw system and so I was satisfied that all was ok. Overall I would use Green Pulse again and would recommend them for cleaning your panels in particular. They turned up promptly, acted professionally and cleaned away after themselves

Very happy with the service from Green Pulse Energy. I'm in an odd situation where my existing solar inverter failed, but I'm not quite ready to buy a replacement so they agreed to lease me one at a reasonable fee so that I can continue to generate electricity in the meantime while I decide which model of inverter I want to install permanently. Professional service, and willing to think outside the box - many thanks!
We had a two string system installed with a 3.6kW inverter (no battery). Its been in for a year now and has performed exactly as expected. Output over the year slightly exceeded the calculations. No issues at all during the year. We just let it do what it does and pay lower bills. Pay back period is ahead of schedule. Green Pulse did a very good job of installation at a reasonable price. If your interested in solar energy give them a call. We are very happy to recommend them.
A couple of years ago Green Pulse Energy quoted and installed a 50kw (180 panel) solar system with 4 separate inverters for our business on our commercial building. They diligently worked to help design a system that would match our complex electricity requirements with industrial freezers located in 3 separate buildings. From start to finish their service and work was professional, accurate and safe. Over the last two years the system has worked faultlessly and has saved us tens of thousands of pounds off our electricity bills. After the installation Green Pulse Energy have always been happy to provide any support for enquiries or technical issues we have experienced. I have recommended Green Pulse Energy to many other businesses as I was completely satisfied with the solar system, quality of work and service which was offered to us.

Meh is the best I can say. I really wanted solar on our build but they have been a huge disappointment. 5kw system that even on the sunniest of day barely generated for than 3kw. Completely pointless for less sunny months. My electric bill has gone up not down....

I would highly recommend the Green Pulse Energy team. They have been excellent at every stage of the process even allowing me to make very last minute changes to the spec. The installation team were friendly, tidy and did a great job. I had a post install issue which Ewan and Jonny worked tirelessly to sort out and which demonstrated excellent post sale support. I have a 5.5KW array with a 10KW battery. I found them very competitive on price.
Our experience with Green Pulse Energy was excellent. The different systems were clearly explained and the installation team were very efficient polite and clean. We were fully involved at the installation insuring that the cable runs & auxillary equipment were installed as intrusively as possible. All the relevant paper work was also completed quickly. Just had a solar system installed by this company. From initial contact to completion the process ran smoothly. Information and advice was freely given but with no pressure. All of our installers were friendly and respectful and the whole installation was completed over 2 days. Everyone we spoke to ( a special mention for Jacqui in accounts) couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend Green Pulse.

Green Pulse Energy installed our solar panels almost exactly 2 years ago. Green Pulse were helpful and considerate during and after the installation and we were very satisfied with their work and service. We've generated 10.8 megawatts and saved 2.1 tonnes of CO2 in that 2 years. In the difficult times this winter, we were very happy that we were able to use every bit of good weather to help ease power supply problems - and save ourselves money.
I read a number of reviews before choosing Green Pulse. They were very informative and quoted using only the better quality of panels, inverter and batteries. Installation was fairly easy and, although it too a bit loner then expected this was due to poor weather and the short daylight period meaning they ran out of time to commission it on the same day. The system has been running now for a month so still getting used to what is going on...but all seems to be working well. Installers were very knowledgeable and professional. I had thought that it was a fairly simple task to fit the system but was amazed how complex it was and how many other things had to be done other than just wiring up the panels to the inverter and then the batteries so the final price did seem very fair.

Had my system installed by Green Pulse in December. Very happy with all aspects of the process, both planning and installation, and was especially impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and diligence of everyone I spoke with, especially Jacqui and Craig. You can also tell a lot about a company by the way they react to a problem after you've paid them. I had a small issue post install which Green Pulse sorted promptly and without any quibbles. Would happily recommend them to others considering solar.

The installation was completed and checked efficiently over a few days. The installers were all knowledgeable and pleasant. Minor problems of fitting into tight loft spaces were seen as challenges to be overcome, not catastrophes. Looking forward to saving money and the planet.

Green Pulse provided an excellent service from the first contact to installation. Their literature was easy to digest and their pricing was competitive. The system works perfectly.
After a shortage of equipment in the UK, Green Pulse contacted me as soon as they could, installed my AC Inverter and battery in a single day. The installers we courteous, tidy and did an excellent install. They stayed until well past 18:00 to complete the job. All in all I would recommend Green Pulse Energy.
Don't hold your breath on a quote and that's from the Commercial Manager, wont answer phone or text messages last reply.. its been manic 1st impressions count, should have looked at reviews.
This is my second time going to Green Pulse for solar panels and I must say there is no better company when looking for solar panels and all things related. The people who answer the phones are fantastic and always a joy to speak to, I would highly recommend this company and I hope to work with them again soon.
In their own words the industry is in chaos and I was told during the third call I made (which were to follow-up 2 online enquiries) that “I actually don’t want to do business with you”. That was as I tried to explain that the post code they had for me gave them my full address with the house number I had provided on the call. If more information is required why do they not request this in the enquiry form? Customer service and responsiveness is not great, I would seriously consider other alternatives if you are not wedded to these guys.
We have just had a 29-panel installation with Solar Edge technology and battery. The service from start to finish has been exceptional. No pushy sales, Ben was completely transparent about all aspects of the system and answered all queries and questions we had along the way. The installation team of both roofers and electricians worked hard, tidied up, and were very professional - they even replaced existing broken tiles across our roof when installing the panels. They were very considerate of the age of our property (1900s) when considering the installation - instructing a structural engineer to assess our roof. Happy to recommend them.
Very helpful team who were prepared to visit several times to ensure the best location and provision for our particular needs (ground mounted panels). Did not over sell the product which they could have easily done. On reflection I think that perhaps I should have gone for a battery and once I have sorted out how to sell back the surplus to the grid I will certainly have them back to install one. If only my electric provider were as efficient as I am still waiting for them to install a 3 phase smart meter in order to be reimbursed for any surplus electricity we produce. The only possible improvement I can think of is perhaps some help to establish the link to ensure that surplus electricity produced during the summer is refunded by the provider.
An odd one…. They were very professional when the salesman did the site visit to discuss my requirements. After that it went a bit downhill, the provided quote had a lot of mistakes in it (wrong address, wrong equipment vs what was discussed) etc.. When I asked some follow up questions I was told they would check that and come back to me…. I was then ghosted. So I guess I’ll be buying my system elsewhere..
From the start to the end they were completely professional with the customer service, survey, fitting and after care. We had contact several solar panel companies but Green Pulse were the only one who got back promptly and with a very competitive price. They were fitting the panels to a housing association property (Eastlight) who required a large range of building codes before they could start. Green Pulse did not hesitate in providing all the paperwork and surveys required to go ahead with the fitting of the panels. On the day of the panels going up, the fitters and electrician were polite, tidy, caring and totally professional. It only took a couple of hours to fit and I couldn’t have wished for more. I would wholeheartedly recommend Green Pulse for all of your solar needs even if you live in housing association or council property. We are already saving money and recouping the money spent on the panels. A big thank you to everyone at Green Pulse. 10/10
Panels installed around 6 months ago and working a treat. Electricity consumption almost halved and gas consumption reduced too as iBoost installed on immersion heater. Planning and installation was excellent, looking forward to adding a battery in the future!

Would give no stars if I could. Took £200 off us for a service and gave us no information at all, no report, nothing. Our chases were eventually totally ignored by them. Absolutely disgusting company.
I had 8 solar power panels and an electic vehicle charging point supplied and fitted by Green Pulse Energy Ltd Colchester. The proposal document and discussions covered what I needed to know to get the most siutable system for my property and circumstances. The installation was done professionally at the time promised and timescale indicated. All the tradesmen involved did what they could to minimise inconvenience and seemed experienced and thoroughly competent. The proposal document did not overpromise as sometimes happens. Iam fairly confident that the system will generated about 10% to 15% more KWh than indicated in the proposal. The set is very neatly done looks good on the house.
Just to say I'm so pleased with the work carried out fixing the panels and wiring to the inverter at the end of the garden plus the armored cable run of 100 ft to the consumer unit.. Mark your guy was great thank you. If you want send anyone round to check it out. Great Company Highley recommend

Overall the experience was good! All staff were nice and polite, we were kept abreast of options available to us without additional pressure to purchase, included advice to not initially install batteries as a potential needless expense subject to how the system performed after install and how much electric we were using! Some minor niggles but certainly nothing that would stop me from using this company again or recommending them! Which I have already done to friends! Well worth the money paid!

I recently had Green Pulse Energy carry out bird proofing works to the solar panels at my home. I have found the hole process most enjoyable. Through the hole process they kept us fully informed at ever stage, their engineer fully explained what works he was going to carry out. They arrived on the day and on time and left our home clean and tidy when all was finished. I would totally recommend this company to anyone if seeking similar services
We got this company to bird proof our solar panels and also paid an extra £100 plus VAT to clean the panels. When the workman turned up he didn't know he was clearing out the guttering which was on the quote but agreed to do it after we showed the emailed quote. I paid the bill but a few days later notice that the panels weren't clean there were lots of missed areas, how I wished I had looked before paying the bill. The company has no interest in even coming to look at them and I can only speak to caitlyn who says it's above her level but sadly Lucie the supervisor is always unavailable and doesn't call me back. I would avoid this company, fine if everything goes well but customer aftercare zero if there is a problem!
I phoned Green Pulse because our Invertor had a warning light with message "Missing Grid" and our under stairs meter had greyed out and was blank. Caitlyn answered the phone, took my details before listening to my problem. She quickly analysed after my description that the problem may be that the trip switch had tripped. After some experimentation this was found to be indeed the case and all systems came back on line. Thanks, Caitlyn! PS would be happy to return to Green Pulse if in the future I required their services after this satisfactory experience.

I spoke to this company about my solar panels as the previous company had stopped trading, they could not have been more helpful. There technical guy Richard talked me through my issues over the telephone and therefore they didn't need to send out an engineer. Great customer service. and I will have no problem recommending this company to anyone requiring there services.

Green Pulse Energy removed 10 years worth of moss and and pigeon droppings from my solar panels. Took 2 1/2 hours, using a portable tower and soft brush hose attachment. Very careful, thorough job, efficient, courteous and friendly. Recommended.
Bird Proofing Solar Panels - Arrived promptly, got birds to leave from under panels, removed nest materials, then put mesh round panels. Quick, neat and efficient. Would recommend

I needed someone to re-fix my pigeon fence on my solar panels as the original cable-tie fixings had gone brittle and failed allowing bird access in places (panel and fence installation were over 6 years old, not carried out by Green Pulse Energy). Thanks go to all at Green Pulse Energy for the excellent customer service and for carrying out a proper fix before birds had nested and caused any panel damage (all birds under the panels were quickly shooed out before securing the fence).

Excellent service from start to finish. Original appointment was altered by mutual agreement, which was not a problem. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful. Engineer arrived on time and explained precisely how he was going to go about bird proofing the solar panels. We had a colony of jackdaws nesting and roosting under our solar panels and from the first contact with Gemma to the fitter arriving as arranged at 8.00am the whole process went as efficiently as could be expected . Jackdaws may be a bit put out but we are delighted .

I called Green Pulse Energy with a good Idea what I wanted, I had been in contact with many other solar companies in the past couple months and Green Pulse customer service was by far the best. They came out and done a site survey what was great as most cant be bothered. The surveyor knew exactly what he was talking about and was very trustworthy and really tried his hardest to help me find the best system. From start to finish it was very smooth and easy. Once we agreed a very reasonable price for what I was asking for (6KW system). I was able to get my Solar PV system within 2 weeks and the fitters were very polite, neat and had the whole system fitted by the afternoon. I definitely recommend Green Pulse Energy!
Fantastic service from start to finish. Stacey booked us in very quickly to have our solar panels bird proofed when birds started trying to build nests. The fitter was due at 8am but was already up his ladder by 7:50am! No scaffolding, no fuss, just very prompt and efficient installation of the wire mesh. 10 Panels done within the hour. Very highly recommended. 5*
