Great costumer service, working in extremely hot weather. They were running late both times, but given the weather I was thankful they didn't cancel and they were so flexible with pricing and taking more bits. Would recommend. Also, lovely they recycle! Absolutely amazing service. Helped clear out all are rubbish from moving in and just had a simple clear out and even came back when realised something had been thrown away that shouldn't have been. I made a call in the morning for help in removing garden debris gravel stones, mortar, bricks rocks etc & by the afternoon it was all cleared away. First class service as I wouldn't have been able to do it myself. It's taken a huge burden off my mind knowing it's now gone. Thoroughly rate this company. I contact again if required.
I had fantastic service by Clearout Group. I had a couch that needed disposing of quickly. They could do it same day! No problem, no fuss. I highly recommend Clearout Group before going to their major competitor in Winchester (starting with a 'B') who wanted me to shrinkwrap the couch before they'd touch it, and wait a week! Clearout Group are much more professional, flexible and friendly to deal with. The efficiency was pretty good. They cleared my back garden next day. However. It was a bit pricy compared with other companies. Was gonna used them again for the other waster however the quote they gave was really overpriced. So I changed to a different company.
Not the easiest of things to do clearing my Dad's house, but the guys managed to do it within 48 working hours from initial enquiry (even with a van hiccup) saving me a lot of time and stress. Would definitely recommend Clearout Group to anyone. Thank you
I'd like to thank all at the Clearout Group for their professionalism and also kindness. I had three items to be removed, of which I couldn't do on my own. Unlike other Companies I called, they didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time. From start to finish, Becca and Will were so welcoming and the Couple that did all the heavy lifting were exceptional. Arrived on time and kept in contact with me through the process. I cannot thank you enough. Booking and payment was an easy process. It's rare to find service and quality these days, they were a breath of fresh air.

I contacted ClearOut because after employing a contractor to remove and take away an old shed and to provide what turned out to be an unsatisfactory hardstanding for a new shed. The contractor did not take away a large pallet of ballast or the old shed, which were blocking my walkways and patio. The experience had left me doubting the integrity of people, as an 83-year-old disabled woman, needing a good job done. Immediately after contacting "ClearOut" Will emailed to say, he would do the removal free of charge “because we hate the thought that someone has been taken advantage of due to their age”. I will never forget Will’s kindness. He and his removal team has restored my faith in people. There really are some good ones out there. I would recommend Clearout wholeheartedly,

Thank you Clearout Group for the most excellent & gold-plated service provided! Becca & William were super-helpful in clearing lots of items yesterday. It wasn’t an easy job either (including lots of heavy, unwieldy & spiky plants from the garden - & a mattress & a weighty TV that needed bringing down through a narrow loft hatch) - they tackled it all swiftly, carefully, efficiently & cheerfully. The communications with Becca & the team from beginning to end were excellent - all my (too many!) questions were responded to politely, speedily & helpfully. The price was also incredibly fair. I truly can’t recommend them enough - many grateful thanks again Becca & William (utter superheroes!)

It was very easy to arrange and they were very efficient in the clean up process. We did not have the ability to fit a skip on our land so chose to contact Will and they arranged a viewing the next day. They gave me a quote and came back a couple days later to remove all the waste I had collected. I returned home very happy to see my front drive again (the sweep up was really appreciated) and they had followed instructions and left every thing that I told them not to remove. Great communication via WhatsApp to fix a price and to ensure that both parties were clear as to what was required. We were having a large dilapidated summerhouse taken down and wanted the materials completely removed from site. Wills and Stephens team arrived and systematically demolished the summerhouse carrying the timbers up the slope 50 yards to the Van. This in the hot weather was hard work but they remained positive and enthusiastic throughout. Their service was first class and we were delighted with the result. Would recommend without hesitation. We wanted someone to clear out my mums garage and house, after speaking with Will we decided to go with him as he came across as nice, sincere and helpful. This was such a lovely and quick service. We asked for bin waste collection and they were able to come within a day. It was a very quick removal, probably took 5 minutes! I loved this service a lot. We needed waste collection for our property and they were able to come within one day. They were super quick, probably took 5 minutes to get rid of the bin bags. The prices were fair and they were both some of the loveliest people I have ever met. Really sweet both of them. I'm glad I used their service and definitely recommend and would use again!

I saw Clearout at North Baddesley village day and asked them for a quote to clear out my late father's house and garage. I'm more than pleased with the result. They went above and beyond what I expected, including sweeping out and hoovering the property. They also made a good job of clearing out the garage which was full of many years of accumated junk.
