Called and spoke to a gentleman who said they would send me details regarding filling a form out for their services. However, never heard from them after that and stopped picking up calls. Very strange, if they did not want to help they could have just said 🤷♀️

I had a pile of building rubble, stones & slabs in my garden to get rid of, and I messaged Adrian from Quest on Monday morning for a quote. Within half an hour he'd messaged back and arranged a site inspection for the same afternoon. Adrian was friendly and efficient, giving my a price there and then, and explained about their environmental policy regarding recycling, which I found reassuring. I accepted the quote and arranged collection for Thursday this week. However, last night (still Monday) Adrian messaged to say that they could collect the following afternoon - Tuesday - which was amazing! Just after midday, 2 guys - Kevin & Max - arrived and cleared the whole site in just over half an hour! There were some heavy rocks & slabs to move, and the guys made it look effortless! Very friendly and efficient service, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone who has garden (or house) clearance to be done! Many thanks Adrian, Kevin & Max for all your hard work! 🤩👍
Rubbish clearance in West Moors. I called Quest as I had loads of stuff left over from a building project including old furnishings. They promptly came and removed everything, and even cleaned up any little loose bits. Would use again and I highly recommend them!

I would like to recommend Adrian and his team, excellent service to pick up and dispose two bags of skip from my driveway, they went where other could not, I was advised to empty the bags and move closer to the public road, However Quest Clearance was able to grab them with Professionalism and quick responses over WhatsApp, they turned up on date and time as arranged and would highly recommend!!

I couldn’t recommend Adrian and his team more. I had some waste and a sofa that needed collection - from my initial message sent to Adrian it was under an hour that he had provided a professional quote and booked in for the next day. I called Quest to clear some plasterboard and general waste after a large renovation/build. Max and Paul arrive on time, and cleared all the waste as agreed quickly ans efficiently. I negotiated a seperate small job of moving firewood to another area of the garden, which was also sorted in no time. Great job all round, would use again and recommend highly!

Fantastic Service provided. Needed a full garage clearing that's accumulated junk for a while. This time moving out of the property called them again. came to give a quote but the guy was nice enough to take it all then, with a little help. This service is fantastic and our family has used this many times, they keep it rather professional, as of recent a advertisement video has surfaced online for this company and it is shockingly terrible and unprofessional. The speaker seeks to state the obvious multiple times and stutter aswell. This video alone does not give any actual new information into the company, when you hear the speaker say "it's a real business" one would almost question why this needs to be stated, the mention of coivid 19 in the video will become irrelevent when it dies down but will still be attached to the video. It is a shame this un-informative video is now what companies will go and see when discovering the potential of this company, after showing the family they feel discouraged to use the services again.
