Messaged them for a quote and they came out incredibly quickly to clear everything. They took a mix of large cardboard boxes, household waste bags, and some heavy garden bags full of soil with absolutely no hassle. Highly professional and efficient. Lucas Rubbish Removal removed an old sofa and a couple of other bits of furniture and relocated another sofa from one room to another. They were prompt and did the job very well including having to break up the old sofa to get it out. Very tidy, quick and efficient. Their communications were great throughout.
House move day. We have an extremely heavy 7 foot glass table top. The removals guys can't take it; the council won't pick it up. We message Lucas - we have a reply within 5 minutes, and it's picked up an hour later by two very friendly guys. Very impressed and would recommend.
We just had our shed removed today. Scheduled on a Saturday and done by Tuesday. Very fast and thorough. They even cleared the leaves away and left no trace. Very nice and professional. They even accommodated additional rubbish we had on the property. Highly recommended.

I called Lucas at 9 am to clear several overflowing wheelie bins that have been left at a student rental house. He went to the job, photographed it, sent me a quote which I was happy with, he cleared the rubbish there and then put the bins where I requested and I transferred him the money. This was all within 1 1/2 hours. I was extremely impressed with his service, he was very responsive to my questions and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I am very pleased.

Ten stars! This was the only waste company that would come out and have a look at the waste I had and provide a quote. They came when they said they would, let us know by text when they were on the way for both the quote visit and the actual waste removal visit. They were quick, friendly and efficient . The front yard looks immaculate now. The cost was really, really good too, much cheaper than getting a skip. Proper invoice, email and paperwork. Totally recommend. Lucas Rubbish Removals provided a very good service; they did what they said they were going to do. Communication was very good as they provided a reasonable quote and were transparent with regards to advising a price which was exclusive of VAT. They explained what would happen on the day. Therefore, managing my expectations. They provided a 2 hour time slot and phoned/text ahead to let me know when they’d arrive. They were very polite and approachable and got the job done in less than an hour; very quick and professional. The guys were really polite and very respectful of the house-wearing overshoes-and were very careful when taking rubbish through the house.
