Great office team to work with in liaising and organising the removal team to be with me onsite, who were also super helpful in removing all of my garden waste, 'and there was a lot' - great bunch of lads, would definitely recommend. (5 Stars Easy)
I told them the size of the bag, what was inside it and all the details on the phone, they charged me £90 on the phone payable upfront, but when they arrived they said it would cost £260+vat! And to refund the money they would keep £36 deposit that was never mentioned before. Scammers stay clear away from them!
They came at the exact time they said they were going to come 10.20am. I spoke to Stuart in the office to confirm the price and that they would be wearing masks etc as my wife Max is shielding. They took all the old tiles and the mattress and swept up Good value, good service Many thanks Rich and Max Guildford
