They came on time and cleared all the waste, including white goods and a sofa seat. I had sent photos and video of the waste to be collected. I got quotes from 3 other services which were way too high except 1 other but they didnt have availability for the day i was in. Surrey Clearance matched the price and were available. Payment was after the job was done. I had all the waste ready for collection outside my house for ensuring house remains clean in case it rained. J and TJ were cheerful and courteous. I would definitely recommend Surrey Clearance and use their services again if i need to.

I'm seriously not sure why they have such a high rating. Let me put it this way - they were directed (in person) what they need to start with. They did, partially. Then they started clearing a part that I wanted to be cleared last. I had items packed in and told them - do not touch. Bottom line, they've made amassive mess, not carpet protection whatsoever - extra bill for carpet cleaning awaits. Walls are dirty, soot in places and more mess upstair. If they had only listened!
Excellent company which responded quickly and had a couple of very personable guys to do the pickup. I decided to go with them because they were the only compay that got back to me on a Sunday, and there was communication before & after via text, which ensured everything went smoothly as expected. I would definitely use them again without hesitation!

Surrey Clearance was my life saver. I came over from the states. My sister had recently passed away and I needed to clear out her house and put it up for sale. Jj and Leo to the rescue. They adjusted their schedules to fit me in and we were able to get the house cleared out before I had to return to the states. They were so kind. They even gave me a ride to my hotel one day. I have had the best experience with Surrey Clearance two days ago while moving house. No fuss about anything and truly there to help. Jay, a 20 yr old charmer and a wonderful person who helped us all through, even to drop some items to charity. Unlike a lot of others I reached out to and they showed up to clear but complaint that a bag was extra and pics didn’t match etc. It was a blessing for us to work with Surrey clearance during such a stressful time. Got Surrey Clearance to clear a mountain of useless junk I had in storage, costing me hundreds a month. After a long time of searching I finally found a great company. Used plenty others in the past. But Surrey clearance are definitely the ones. We live in Wimbledon village and have a 5 bedroom house and 6 children. So they come for monthly waste clearance take our overloaded bins etc what the bin-men take, excess cardboard etc. waste from family party’s and things. So yeah. Highly recommended the boys.
