This company is good. First time I've used them but they came within a couple of hours of booking to collect my garden waste. The 2 team members they sent - Bob and Tole - were polite, fast and efficient and made sure everything was left clean and tidy. I'd highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. I am so grateful to the amazing company ,they deserve not only 5 stars but 100 stars. They are professional decent people,Ben and Ardit are honest ,gave very reasnable price,never ask for any money in advance,they take the money after finishing the job and after making sure that we are happy, They cleared all the mess in my garden and got rid of a lot of stuff which i was struggling to get rid of,they are so clean and precise . They do a lot of other jobs as well,i am going to have them changing all the fence. These guys were great. They were polite and hard-working and got the job done quickly. I had no idea I had so much junk, but they had assessed correctly from the photos I sent. They were careful to double check with me if they thought it might be something I wanted, I had left my passport somewhere stupid, so thankfully they saved that. Would highly recommend.
This is the second time that I used Miri and team at Eco Waste. The service is very efficient and you are given an available time slot that suits you straight away. I was impressed how quickly they came to remove the materials. very professional service. Plus they arrived on time giving me a 15 mins ETA before hand.

Absolutley 5 star service! I had an absolutely wonderful and generous experience with Eco Waste Clearance! So, friendly, understanding helpful and efficient. They were doing a clearance job, I was on a walk and came across a piano they were moving. After talking to their client (who agreed that I could take the piano) Eco Waste Clearance graciously helped me move the piano down the road into my home... on top of the job they were already doing! They were so helpful and friendly and thanks to them it all happened in a matter of minutes. If you want an efficient, swift, friendly and competent service I would 100% recommend them! Pros: - Turned up on the day, as promised. - Did the job quickly and left. Cons: - Couldn't give me an accurate price despite a description of the waste and a picture. - Didn't call before arriving, as they said they would. - Charged me £168 for about 10 minutes' work, i.e. lifting three bulk bags of garden waste onto their van and driving off.

Miri and Amarildo were super helpful - especially since there was very bulky furniture that needed to be entirely dismantled in order to get it down the stairs and out of the property. Booked one day, arrived next day, on time, and got straight into the job. Amarildo, Miri, and Emanuel were polite, pleasant, positive and worked really hard to shift all the stuff. Swept up and left the site clean and tidy when they were finished with everything back were it should be. Definitely recommended and I'll be using them again.

Easily the most reliable clearance firm I've ever used. Eco Waste Clearance are always extremely quick and friendly to reply to emails. They have multiple vans on the road meaning collections are always prompt and on time, no waiting around for delayed drivers and very helpful for last minute jobs. Emanuel is an expert at his trade and has undertaken some challenging jobs for me always with a smile. Saved me a lot of stress! Lastly I've always felt the pricing has been surprisingly good value in a time when waste can be very expensive to remove, Eco charge an affordable rate. Five stars from me! Ben and his team are very professional. They were so efficient. After they cleared all the waste, they asked for cleaning tools to clean the whole area for us. They showed us they put everything back. The team was very polite and humble. They even offered to empty our bins which I did not ask before they came. Very very pleased with them. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my family, friends and neighbours. Price was reasonable. They did not ask for extra cost - I was worried about them raising the price on arrival due to the quote was done with photos only.
