Excellent communication, delivery and collection was fast. Will recommend to others

I had a skip delivered, I think the drivers name was Ant, amazing service and very friendly, highly recommend this company!

Super quick and reliable

Wrong product totally delivered, and what I did get was dreadful quality. Asked for 2T of clean, fresh 40mm gravel and received 2T of extremely poor quality recycled hardcore full of wood, plastic, nails and fines as well as the usual stones. Massive delay to the project and no receipt or invoice provided to back up my claim. Not worth my time to deal with and sort it out, I’ll choose someone else in future.

Provided clear quotes, and was really good value the grab truck is way cheaper than the 8 foot skip hire. The driver loaded all the construction waste into the truck, for me. And left the driveway spotless. ( He also arrived earlier than planned, allowing me to leave for work). Thank you.

If i could give zero stars i would .. if you need to dispose of waste id avoid this place ynless unless you have over half a ton as it turns out thats there policy so you could have £30-£40 worth of rubbish at any of the better disposal sites but here they will charge you £111 regardless and do not tell you until after you have disposed of your waste absolutely over priced and in a way fraudulent as something like this should be made aware to customers prior to disposal !!!

Unbelievable service every time🙌🏽

Been using raid collections for skips on various projects over the years. They offer a quality service and quick turn around! Highly recommended RSG Group Ltd

Big thanks to the lads at rapid collections LTD make life very easy. Nothing is a problem used many times pricing always fair good timekeeping drivers always happy to help

5 Stars and truely well worthy of it best price I found and great to support a local firm, customer service was top, order 12 tonnes type 1 plus muck away and driver stayed longer than he had too to help spread the load to make my life easier, flexible with delivery dates when it looked like the project may over run and just hassle free all round thanks guys will use you again for all future projects

I phoned on Tuesday afternoon, and to my surprise, they organised to come on Wednesday afternoon! They phoned me on Wednesday to explain that a hydraulic hose had broken on the lorry, and could they rearrange for Thursday. Really happy with the fact they communicated with me, and explained the problem and arranged the next day. Driver came on the Thursday as arranged, driver was a really lovely chap, took his time to load the truck carefully with the grab, and didn’t damage the concrete underneath. He made a really lovely job of clearing up, leaving the concrete tidy where the much was collected from. Will definitely use again. Thankyou.

Ordered multiple skips from Rapid Collections. Brilliant service would highly recommend

We have used this company twice now and have found them very good. And the prices are reasonable as well.

We have never had a problem with rapid collections , and have used them for years all ways leave the job tidy and the drivers are never in a rush to get off definitely a ten from len 👌

Have used Rapid Collections Ltd for soil skips and aggregates and the service has always been reliable and straightforward. Deliveries and collections are on time, communication is clear, and the materials are good quality. Would happily recommend.

I’d 100% recommend Rapid Collections.

We have a lot of business with Rapid on our sites. They have always been professional and responsive to our requirements.

“Fast, reliable, and great value. Brilliant service and excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend!”

Ordered 4T of top soil, delivered fast, quality top soil, i will be recommending rapid collection to family and friends.

Used most services for a while now , skips , grab muck away, hard-core, gravel delivered. Always a short lead time , always good aggregates

Top service from start to finish, used all the way through my build from taking away rubble and providing aggregates and top soil to finish off the job, lawn shot through two weeks after seeding! Always willing to answer any questions and offer advice, Would definitely use again.

Had three loads of rubble and general waste for grab wagon. Drivers turned up on time. Very polite lads. Best prices in town.

Ordered 5t of “top soil”, the screening on it was average as had plenty of stones and boulders in it, even few long nails. But nice and loose not dense as some might be, easy to work with. Prices are good, a lot cheaper than most shops, you get what you pay for I suppose. Excellent communication and delivery, driver even helped me out using a hand to spread it out evenly-ish around the area I needed to cover, saved me hours of doing it by shovel. Thank you Rapid, would definitely be back and would recommend to others.

Cracking service - grab hire arrived when he said and top notch driver👍

Absolutely shocking and quite frankly one star is over generous. We ordered a tonne of “top soil” it was basically a bag full of all sorts of rubbish like glass, nails, plastic, rocks and bricks mixed in with weeds and plans. Minimal soul and certainly no good for re seeding our garden! Paid £75. Contacted them and thankfully they collected it 2 days after. Didn’t refund immediately and they left our house without leaving the cash. Eventually got the money via bank transfer a week later. Would not reccomend and certainly won’t use again. Avoid if your looking for “top soil”

Would recommend this company, had hardcore delivered and also a grabber lorry took the waste away. Good communication, competitive prices. Would use Rapid again

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Skip delivery was 5 hours late, and I had plant on hire that we couldn't use as the skip didn't arrive. Rang for skip collection on Wednesday and told it would be collected Thursday morning. Rang them to inform them that it still hadn't been collected even though it was the afternoon by this point. They called me back, saying it would be collected first thing Friday morning, Rang them again at 9:30am reminding them it was still there to be told the driver was on the way. It's now after 11am, and the skip is still here. Will update when or even if the skip gets collected. There's nothing rapid about this company.

Top soil 😅 I'm waiting 3 day's for until they take it away

Ordered 2 tonne of topsoil, delivery was fine, wouldn't call it topsoil, advertised as screened topsoil, nothing screened about it, found a rock the size of a brick, full of stones, glass and twigs.

No way top soil. Dust with glass, rocks, plastic, metal and tile.

Excellent service ordered some topsoil for a Thursday and turned up day early which was brilliant delivery driver was nice bloke to definitely recommend

Huge thanks to Sam sorting out a skip so quickly. Next day early morning drop off, great rates and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

Booked 2 weeks in advance. Call up on the day midday to find out no record of booking. Then pushed by the company to make payment with a promise of delivery that day. Within 15 minutes of handing over card details and hundreds of pounds later, receive a phone call to say because I’ve paid so late no materials coming until following week. Diggers and dumpers already hired. Blokes on pay over the weekend and no materials onsite due to Rapid coxup’s incompetence, directs lies and unprofessionalism. Akin to fraud. Absolute shower of Shi… avoid like the plague. And their competitors completed the job within 3 hours of first contact and over £100 cheaper !

Arranged a day for rapid to come and deliver aggregate and remove waste over a week previous to my job starting they did not show up putting my job behind 2 days as I couldn't get anyone else at short notice the office hang the phone up on you when you call for an update a very unprofessional and unreliable company avoid

Positives - top soil was decent enough and cheaper than other local services. Negatives - I ordered bags, it came loose. I asked numerous times from ordering for soil to arrive in pm, had to make contact countless times to confirm this and to request a receipt (which I never got). They never bothered to note my time considerations and wanted to deliver at 9am. Soil then came 3 hours after I’d asked for it at 5pm. They were so uninterested in me, didn’t return calls & emails, that I wouldn’t use them again. Shocking customer service.

used these guys for road planings, great service, very efficient, friendly staff and driver was extremely helpful, highly reccomended

We have been trading for a good few years now as a local drive way and landscaping company we have been using rapid collections from day one .
