Roger was fantastic. I needed to get shot of a a very heavy sofa urgently that I couldn't manage myself and he cleared it the same day. Very responsive and professional. Vey careful not to to hit the woodwork with the wheels on the sofa which I could never have done. Thanks!

I contacted Roger and his team in order to get rid of a substantial amount of building waste from a roof replacement and chimney rebuild. The whole team were, polite, efficient and good humoured, in spite of cold weather, a pile of sand mixed with other building debris and unbagged slates. Roger was a good communicator and the team arrived punctually. They were careful to ensure that there were no parked cars in the vicinity while they were removing the rubbish. I have used Roger and his team previously to remove the contents of a shed and would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them for any waste removal.job.

Very good experience with the firm. I contacted them on Tuesday afternoon for a quote and on Thursday afternoon they were able to come and take away a few bulky items. Excellent work by the two young men in getting everything out without hitting anything on the way.
We hired Colchester Waste collection to clear out my parents' house in Colchester after they also helped us move them into a home. Living 2 hours away, we were worried about organising the whole process ourselves from a distance. Throughout, everyone was super helpful and understanding of mine and my parents' challenges. I would absolutely trust them with elderly and vulnerable people like my parents. Their communication was great - prompt, clear and thorough in addressing all of our questions and concerns. The team was so supportive and understanding of our situation. They arrived as scheduled and worked diligently to remove all the agreed upon items. They were thorough and never complained about our questions and requests. They made the entire process so much easier on us and provided wonderful customer service throughout.

Messaged these guys on WhatsApp and got a quick response. Sent pics of what I wanted taken away which was quite a big load of stuff. Got a quote back arranged a time as I'm on shift work. They kept in touch as too there progress on the day. They arrived with 3 large vans and about 8 chaps. Took them about half an hour to load everything up. I paid by bank transfer very easy. Will definitely use again as I'm moving and have more stuff to get rid off. Would absolutely recommend 👌

Very reliable and professional service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Quite literally no job is too big or too small and they do all the lifting. No need for you to get your hands dirty loading a skip. Very reasonably priced and definitely cheaper than a skip. I don't hesitate to give CWS 5 stars for awesome all round service.
I was delighted today with the Colchester team that collected our garden waste in Tiptree. I put 4 full bags of hard clippings, twigs and branches out fully expecting the usual where half of it would be strewn all over the road. But no, the bags were completely empty and the road was spotless so well done to this team.

Phoned Will for a quote for a house clearance and he came round on time. Quote accepted and arranged for following Monday. Will and Darren turned up and started to clear the house. Very polite and professional and helpful. They drink coffee like a pair of sponges. The banter was great, and I loved every minute of their company, I even helped a little bit, but only a little bit due to bad health. 1st class gentlemen, give them a ring, you wont be disappointed.

I can honestly say that it was a real pleasure doing business with Will and his colleagues.
