James the owner phoned me back almost imediately. We agreed a day, time with price and action plan for the day. He called today advising he could come a little ahead of schedule. He arrived with two helpers. They were very friendly and they efficiently put the furniture in the luton van in no time at all! Based on todays eperience, I would have absolutely no hesitation in seeking their help again! Thanks again James and the crew, you were brilliant! MA

I couldn’t be there on the day of the clearance, for personal reasons, so a trusted neighbour let the team at House Clearance 4 U into my property. Throughout the day the company kept me updated on their progress; with a courtesy call prior to arrival and departure, photos, etc. The post pre and post job process was superb too. Everything was explained clearly and professionally. My neighbour has informed me that the entire team worked well together, were polite, respectful, and considerate. I’m so grateful for their help with the clearance. Everything was handled perfectly - I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

Had a difficult, large house clearance in Poole that needed doing . Quote was fair and the guys turned up on time and had it all cleared in a day . Even vacuumed once the house had been cleared . Professional outfit and couldn’t recommend them enough ! Thank you 🙏

I could not be happier with the service from House Clearance 4U. The whole process could have been tricky given the circumstances; as everything needed arranging with a short turnaround time - but the company went above and beyond to help me and my family. The level of communication was excellent throughout: including, keeping us updated on the day (by providing an ETA) - a small detail that I greatly appreciated. The team worked quickly, efficiently and safely; showing exemplary care for my property and belongings. They made sure items that could be recycled or donated were dealt with responsibly and professionally. The team members would stop to talk to me on occasion throughout the day, always making sure to check on my wellbeing - this stands out for me - as it shows empathy and respect; values that are important in all walks of life. I would not hesitate to recommend House Clearance 4U to anyone seeking a reliable, compassionate and trustworthy clearance service.

Very friendly and accommodating, they did exactly what they said they would do in a very short time with short notice. Exceeded my expectation, would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Very prompt service. James came to house; priced the items that needed to be cleared. Came back a few days later and all items removed within an hour or so. All sorted within a week. Also offered to move a heavy dining table into the room he had cleared. Professional and honest service. Good to know a lot of my items were recycled.

Very pleasant team.. Everything was carefully removed. I would highly reccomend this firm for your house clearance.

I was very impressed with the service given by houseclearance4u. It was easy to arrange with James who was very helpful on the phone. They were able to collect my piano quickly and efficiently and the price was good. I liked the fact that they recycle everything. I have already recommended houseclearance4u to two people so overall I I think they are excellent and would certainly use them again.

I had occasion to use houseclearance 4u today & found them very efficient with a competitive price. Would definitely recommend them.

James and the team were amazing. From first contact to finishing up on the day they were brilliant. Professional, efficient and genuinely nice guys. Ended up a little more work than expected getting things out the door and there was no hesitation or annoyance at having to do so. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend

Very impressed with what the team have done. It was a hard job and the place looks amazing now. James is very on the ball and keeps in touch with you throughout the process. Great to have photos of the house after all was completed. Would highly recommend houseckearance4u.

Fantastic service from Tracy and her team. They were so efficient and helpful. I was very impressed by the amount sorted for recycling. And they left the garage swept and clean😃.

This is the fourth time we have used this company and each time they have been really professional, polite and friendly. Their pricing is also very competitive. They always arrive bang on time and remove the items with absolutely no fuss or damage. We feel really comfortable using them and have recommended them to friends and family. Thanks James, Tracy and Amir for always doing an excellent job!

This is the 2nd time I have used houseclearence4U and they have been great on both occasions. On this occasion the front of my partners property was not accessible by a skip lorry and they provided the perfect solution, I do not know why we even considered a skip as these guys did all the work for us at a sensible price. Throughly recommended.

Was very responsive and flexible to meet our needs. The price was very reasonable as well!

Very friendly and skilled in their work. Would consider to use them again.

An outstanding service from the initial enquiry to the day of the clearance. Prompt arrival and swift, thorough work by a friendly, dedicated and reassuring team. The house was left clean and tidy and definitely a company who takes pride in their work.

Tracy and her team arrived a hour before scheduled which was very helpful. They worked very efficiently removing all the items we needed in a very short space of time. Brilliant service, from the initial call to get a quote, to pick up of my old fridge, everything was as smooth as possible. James was very polite and friendly, arrangements were made for next day collection, I was given an hour time slot and I was notified when the guys were 20 mins away so I wasn't hanging around waiting. They turned up on time, and sorted a real mix of household goods really efficiently and took the majority to charity. The team were really professional, tidy and good fun. They worked really hard and took control of everything for us. Amazing team that I would whole heartedly recommend. Thanks guys!

Amazing service, highly recommended! Prompt response, clear estimate based on my photos of garden rubbish to be collected. James called to advise time of arrival. Both areas left perfectly clean. Great communication throughout. Excellent value for money. This is a very happy customer!

James' team was kind enough to do a same day emergency pick up. They were lovely and collected everything quickly and professionally. Will definitely use their services again when needed.

Best removal company around - no question. They were extremely responsive when I needed work done fast. They were very professional, polite and genuinely friendly. The two guys arrived at my house ten minutes early, didn't need any help from me, were remarkably efficient and took everything away plus extras I forgot to mention without any fuss at all.

2 man crew arrived on time and we’re friendly and polite. They collected my items with no problems whatsoever. I was very impressed with the way they handled the pick up and we’re definitely using them again if necessary.

super service. came exactly when he said he would. cleared all the waste with no complaints. most polite and helpful. would definitely recommend.

James is an honest, young, energetic man who is both a professional & outstanding individual. What I like about James is that he’s extremely enterprising & will recycle everything as much as possible. It took a while to find him, & after a month of trying & other clearance men not bothering to reply; he said he’d love to do the work & he’ll hoover the house at the end! My Dad was a hoarder & the garden was full of junk. 2 fibreglass boats- 1 was large, 2 caravans, 1 was 35ft long full of junk, and the house. The front and back gardens were atrocious; full of too many plants and trees everywhere. James cleared everything - he is very quick! He told me he has OCD & has sorted out hoarding houses before. He really enjoys his work, plus his quote was cheaper than the other 2. Well done James & his 2 helpers - I couldn’t have done it without you all - thank -you!

1st class Service Thank you 👍

Thank you once again for your service. Really good communication and fast response. Will definitely recommend this service.

James.tracy.amir were excellent and very professional and polite at all times while clearing the rubbish definitely would recommend them and would use them again.

Really excellent service disposed of old sofa next day, arrived on time. Friendly and polite service, reasonable cost, highly recommend

Phenomenal job. James and the team handled the whole process quickly, smoothly, with no fuss, and for a reasonable price.

What can I say about my experience with houseclearance4u. Fantastic! From my first contact, through the quoting process to carrying out the work, they performed superbly. They were open, they gave me confidence that I was dealing with people that I could trust and this was reflected in the job that they did. This is a company that I would use again and I would certainly recommend them to people who want a good job done at a really great price.

This company was wonderful to deal with. Following a family bereavement, my brothers and I needed the parental home to be emptied and cleared quickly and professionally. Which it was. I met James and showed him around the house; he sent me a quotation same day; and his team proceeded to do exactly what the quotation stated on the agreed date. Then on the day, I added something I had forgotten about. No problem. Throughout, it was a pleasure not only to meet James and his staff, but also to see the end result. Which was actually beyond my expectations. Excellent…!!

A great service from the team. I got in touch with a very specific time window for furniture collection and the team could not have been more accommodating. They phoned me when they were on their way and took the furniture speedily and without issue. I will definitely be using this service again.

Arrived on time and carried out work professionally with respect to property, as requested and in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation in using their services again, and already have them booked in for another job. Jonathan Dodsworth.

These guys are fantastic. Responded to my messages promptly and arranged a really convenient time to clear my garden junk. Honest and reasonable pricing and genuinely lovely, polite people who came to do the work. Would highly recommend.

Great job completed on time. Thank you. Will like to use you again in the future

Great Experience. Arrived when they said, happy to try and fit in with me when I wanted them a little earlier. Polite, friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Offered to put my new chair in place of the one they removed. And they recycle as much as possible. What could be better. They are the firm to have, and I am happy for them to give my name as a reference if needed. Thank you.

Great service for sofa/chair removal- arrived promptly, courteous and polite - all removed quickly and efficiently for a really good price. Will 100% use again and recommend to family and friends- vouchers given for discount on further use, which was a nice touch. Fabulous company.

Can't recommend houseclearance4u enough! I enquired online, got a call back within a couple of hours from a very polite and friendly James. I listed off what I needed taking away and when I would be home and he gave me a time and date. Stuck to it, arrived early and was done within quarter of an hour even though I was in a top floor flat! Had some very difficult large furniture that needed expert experience to manoeuvre out of some tight doorframes and stairwells and that's exactly what they came with. Will be using them again in the near future.

This company is brilliant! Best price too. The men who collected the mattress were pleasant, smiley, and came when they said. I would certainly recommend them.

great communication and very fast! Amazing job done! Really appreciated! Will definitely recommend to friends if they are looking for one! Thank you!

We were moving home and downsizing quite substantially as well as being in our late 70s so it was extremely useful to find someone to come and take it away. They turned up on time and removed what we needed including some extras. They were polite and sympathetic to our situation. We were assured that the items would be recycled in some way which was one of the reasons for choosing them. The score of 4 stars is that we thought that the cost service was probably a little on the high side but then we are no experts in this field. However, I would definitely deal with them again and recommend them. They were recommended to us so that is always a good sign.

Great service from these helpful, efficient, friendly guys. Highly recommend.
