I filled in the online form for a quote on Tuesday evening as I'd been let down by another Company two days running. I needed 4 large items and 6 chairs collecting. James the owner phoned me back almost imediately. We agreed a day, time with price and action plan for the day. He called today advising he could come a little ahead of schedule. He arrived with two helpers. They were very friendly and they efficiently put the furniture in the luton van in no time at all! James is an honest, young, energetic man who is both a professional & outstanding individual. What I like about James is that he’s extremely enterprising & will recycle everything as much as possible. It took a while to find him, & after a month of trying & other clearance men not bothering to reply; he said he’d love to do the work & he’ll hoover the house at the end! My Dad was a hoarder & the garden was full of junk. 2 fibreglass boats- 1 was large, 2 caravans, 1 was 35ft long full of junk, and the house. The front and back gardens were atrocious; full of too many plants and trees everywhere. James cleared everything - he is very quick! He told me he has OCD & has sorted out hoarding houses before. Can't recommend houseclearance4u enough! I enquired online, got a call back within a couple of hours from a very polite and friendly James. I listed off what I needed taking away and when I would be home and he gave me a time and date. Stuck to it, arrived early and was done within quarter of an hour even though I was in a top floor flat! Had some very difficult large furniture that needed expert experience to manoeuvre out of some tight doorframes and stairwells and that's exactly what they came with. Will be using them again in the near future.

We were moving home and downsizing quite substantially as well as being in our late 70s so it was extremely useful to find someone to come and take it away. They turned up on time and removed what we needed including some extras. They were polite and sympathetic to our situation. We were assured that the items would be recycled in some way which was one of the reasons for choosing them. The score of 4 stars is that we thought that the cost service was probably a little on the high side but then we are no experts in this field. However, I would definitely deal with them again and recommend them. They were recommended to us so that is always a good sign.

I recommend this company for your house clearance. Turned up promptly at 8am..3 people and removed everything from house and cupboards. I had brought my hoover over to clear up after them but they had hoovered already! House was ready to move in!!! I was pleased also they had their company name on the van so you know its going to be dealt with properly and not dumped down a lane.

An excellent service in a truly professional manner. Clearance needed was for a flat full of nicotine stained and smelly furniture, many items of junk. Flat totally stripped including carpets and curtains for what I consider to be a very reasonable cost. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Brilliant service! I asked them to come out and clear an old property and I'm over the moon with the results. The lads who came to the property were very friendly and keen to get working. I was also really impressed with there efficiency and care towards the building. When me and the owner had phone calls to discuss the job he seemed down to earth and open with me throughout every conversation.

On the day, the whole crew of three arrived on time and conducted the house clearance with sensitivity, respect and thoroughness….. and left indoors and outside clean and tidy.
