Fantastic company! They were able to give me an immediate quote when I sent them a photo of what I needed removing and booked me in two days later. They took away my old toilet and basin when I had new ones installed. Some of it had been broken into bits but the team removed it all. I’m so impressed with the team, they arrived bright and early and were fast clean and professional. Even charged me less than my original quote! We used DWC for a mammoth garden clearance over 2 days the company cannot be faulted and I will use there services again. They were courteous, hard working, at all times and left the site remarkably clean tidy. We highly recommend them.
Time wasters. Bid low and then try and increase the price. Don’t turn up when they say they will. Will never use again.
Absolute wast of time - Booked and arranged pick up between 10am and 12, on day got a text message at 9.45am to say, we cant pick up as cant get our lorry down slope to garages. Driver did not notify of his arrival . Find it strange, week earlier we had a 7.5 Tonne removals lorry in the same place with absolutely no problems. Suggest you get a better lorry or better driver.
I booked Dorset Waste Clearance for rubbish collection on Saturday 9 March 18 at 10.30 am. On the date in the morning i received text message saying that due to unforeseen circumstances they will not be able to collect the waste. At that point we re booked for the following Saturday 16 March at 10.30 again. I was at home and waiting until 12, no one turned up! I texted them back, no one replied! A week now and still no idea why no one turned up and why no one bothered to inform me for their intention not turn up. Appalling service! Avoid!
