After a quick visit from Dan, we were sent a quote from Tim that was very reasonable. All through the work there was excellent communication and Tim responded promptly to any questions we had and kept us updated. They handled everything from the scaffolding company to removle of all waste and cleaning up. Dan and Jamie came and removed our chimney to below roof level as requested to approximately knee height. Replaced all roofing materials and sealed the roof back up. Hats off to them working in the heat they've done an excellent job and left no mess at all. They were polite and courteous and respectful of the property for the entire time they were here. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to having them back for further work.

Brilliant service from Tim, Dan and the entire team, can’t recommend Crown highly enough. We’d seen Dan and team re-roofing a neighbour’s house and had been impressed, so much so we asked for a card as we knew our 1930s house also needed some attention, a job for 2026 we thought. Then during the December storms we woke to water dripping through our bedroom ceiling. We called Tim and he came round the same day, quoted and within two weeks our roof had been replaced. Scaffolding team were also brilliant. We wanted to keep the original tiles as they were terracotta clay and turned out to be in good condition, Tim and Dan were able to source additional replacements for any that were cracked. Also re-leaded and pointed the chimney. Always worried about impact this sort of work has on neighbours, but each day the team swept and power vacuumed our neighbours drives.
Replaced our roof felt and battens. Excellent job, very professional. Communication was clear throughout, and there were no extra unexpected costs. Would recommend.

Tim carried out a thorough assessment, checking in the loft and sending up a drone. The whole job was done within a week including scaffolding going up and being taken down. Tim and Dan have worked multiple times at my property, mostly on roof-related works, but also on landscaping matters as well, and on all occasions have acted quickly, professionally and have come in on budget at a reasonable cost. Most recently, Tim managed to identify and fix a long-standing damp penetration issue with my facias and soffits, turning the work around in the same day, which was unexpected. Would recommend
Tim came out to have a look at our leaking chimney, it turns out the lead flashing was in very poor condition and the cement between the bricks and on top of the chimney was also in poor condition. We agreed a very fair price and the work was carried out quickly and professionally. The guys cleared up all the mess and left it tidier than it was before they started. Highly recommended.

Tim and his team came out to do a full survey on my roof after I just purchased the house. The roof was in very poor condition but we loved the house. Tim and his staff were very professional from start to finish keeping us in the loop at every stage. Replaced all felt and batten, fascia and guttering and reused the existing tiles to keep cost down. Would highly recommend.
