BB Roofing Ltd

Brilliant service. I contacted BB roofing via New Forest roofing as I discovered a small leak in my loft. BB was the third company to come out and quote but the first to get on the roof and find the source (a cracked tile) rather than just recommend the whole roof be replaced (which would have cost thousands). My fear of a massive bill to start the new year was resolved in under 2 hours and for a very reasonable price. I would 100% recommend Sam for honest advice with the customer’s interests at heart.

Carport flat roof structural repair and three layer torch on felt application. Sam and Will did a thorough job of repairing and replacing the felt on my Carport. The felt was overdue replacement and as a result allowed water into the roof space, rotting joists etc. Will and Sam refitted soffits, and replaced rotted wood facia boards (a lot of time consuming work!) but did it all to a good standard in good time. Marvellous job! BB Roofing, competitively priced and highly recommended!

Very helpful and did a good job of our repair to the soffix boards.

Highly recommended. Turned up as arranged. Friendly, courteous, prompt and professional. Young chap Will found the source of the roof leak, 2 cracked tiles, went back to his yard straightaway and came back with replacements and fitted them. Good job well done Will

BB Roofing is an absolutely first class company. We have had the roof stripped, a new membrane fitted and re-tiled using the existing tiles. The chimney was repointed and repaired. Soffits Fascias and Guttering replaced. All the works carried out is of a very high standard. The service we received from Will and Sam was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend BB Roofing. A fast efficient service all round. Thank you Will, Sam, Felix and Joe for your hard work.

We needed an emergency roof repair as a leak had brought down the ceiling plaster. This was from a leak supposedly fixed by another company who failed to identify the root cause if the leak. BB roofing arrived and immediately identified the problem as being the dormer window. They proceeded to replace the window and also re align all of our roof tiles. They were quick, professional and really helpful. The leak is now fixed. They even came in under the original quote as the job was quicker than expected. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be using them again if ever needed. Very refreshing to deal with honest upfront tradesmen. Thank you

Rapid response to initial enquiry, visit to site as and when arranged conducted in a professional and friendly manner, quote received shortly after, quote accepted and start date agreed, arrival on site promptly as arranged, work carried out on roof as per quote (with one or two extras requested by client) with weather-based interruptions perfectly communicated and job completed within quoted timeframe. BB Roofing is an example of a well-organised, efficient and experienced business with courteous, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Will and Sam are to be congratulated on the way the business is operated, particularly with respect to the high standard of customer service they demonstrate. I would unhesitatingly recommend BB Roofing to anyone in need of any roof repair or associated work.

Gable edge and ridge tile pointing required, friendly, efficient service, competitive quote, kept informed at every point, and good workmanship, clean and tidy.

Will and his team, did an excellent job of stripping and completely renewing my flat roof. The gutters were cleaned of moss and repaired and renewed where necessary. I am very happy to recommend his services as his work was very fairly priced, he is reliable and friendly and left everything tidy with all the rubbish removed. Good job Will. Thank you.

BB roofing replaced my lead flashing! Very professional, quick and reasonable with their quotes, will definitely use them again!

We were having issues with water coming in through our roof. We initially thought it was old hips to blame. Will diagnosed a few holes in the lead valleys when he first came to inspect property. After very quickly receiving quotes, BB Roofing came and repaired / replaced all the hips and valleys and I’m happy with the quality of the end job. The team also took down the chimney to below rafters and made good the hole left in the roof. All in all a very good job and pleased with end result.

We are new to the area and had serious issues with our roof on the first day. Will and his team were quick to the rescue. They sorted out our problems quickly and we later used them again to repair the roof on an outbuilding. Will is great to deal with and very professional. They were recommended to us and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Will and Sam helped fix a bodged repair from another roofer. They were friendly, honest, gave great advice and did a fantastic job. Restored my faith after a very bad experience with a previous roofer. Will definitely use BB Roofing for any future work needed on our roof.

Speedy and efficient response from Will to fix missing roof tiles. Would definitely recommend.

Had BB Roofing over to resolve a leak around my chimney stack that fed into my Log Burner in my front room. They were on time, polite, and completed all the work professionally. No mess was left behind, everything tidied, a job well done, will definately be using them again in March for other work required. Definately recommend these guys.

Very happy with the work that has been done 100% recommend will and and the team

I needed to find someone I could trust to fix a bad chimney leak and roof leak in a Victorian property. Will provided a prompt service giving a assement of the situation , a reasonable price, and did the job in the timescale promised. Will provided photo evidence of the before and after lead replacement. It looks a very neat job. I have had previous repairs which were patch ups by other people that did not last. It is certainly worth getting BB roofing to do the job properly. I will certainly be relying on them for any other roofing jobs in the future.

Extremely pleased with the repair carried out on my roof, and would highly recommend this company.
