Trueline Roofing Ltd

I’d like to thank Ben and the team at Trueline Roofing Ltd for our fantastic new roof. The workmanship is of an exceptionally high standard, and the Spanish slate installation has completely transformed the look of our property. Ben took the time to explain every stage of the project in detail, and his passion for what he does really shines through. The team were professional, hardworking, and kept everything tidy throughout. We’re absolutely delighted with the finished result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben and Trueline Roofing to anyone looking for quality roofing work, and I’ve already recommended them to friends and family.

We hired Trueline Roofing Ltd to complete a re-tiling roofing project following two previous local companies ruining our roof and we couldn't be happier with the result. They have shown professional expertise, attention to detail but particularly, explanation of problems discovered especially around the chimney causing internal leaks were resolved and finally ensured we have a long-lasting solution to our new roof. Quality workmanship with professionalism ensures an extremely high standard is maintained

The team worked very hard in what I can only describe as extreme heat conditions, diligently and professionally. The job was difficult to say the least, but the team worked on, and the end result was superb. On completion there was a wonderful clean up and a walk around the job by the boss and myself to satisfy any of my concerns. All in all an outstanding success. Well done. I would definately use Trueline roofing again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Roofing Work – Highly Recommended! I recently entrusted True Line Roofing with the complete replacement of the roof on my 17th-century mansion, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the very first visit through to the final inspection, the professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were second to none. A special mention must go to Ben, the owner, who personally oversaw the entire project from start to finish. His knowledge, passion for the trade, and commitment to quality were evident throughout. Ben took the time to explain every stage of the work, ensuring that the character and heritage of the property were preserved while delivering a roof built to the highest modern standards. Working on a building of this age comes with unique challenges, but the team handled everything with exceptional care and expertise. The workmanship is absolutely first-class, the site was kept tidy throughout, and the project was completed on schedule with excellent communication at every step. The finished roof looks fantastic and has transformed the appearance of the property while giving complete peace of mind for years to come. Ben and his team are excellent. Fully installed a new roof on my house and garage. Quality of workmanship and materials were very good. Would recommend

After another roofing company attempted to restore our Purbeck stone roof, we reached out to Trueline Roofing for help. Ben came round, assessed the situation, and clearly explained where the previous company had cut corners and what needed to be done to fix it properly. We’re so pleased we chose them — the quality of the work was outstanding, and the difference is incredible. The whole experience was professional and reassuring from start to finish. We’ve already recommended Ben to our neighbour and wish him and the team all the best moving forward.

Thank you so much to Ben and the team for doing such an amazing job on our roof. The work involved installing new rafters and joists, as well as fitting brand-new tiles, and everything was completed to a very high standard. I’m so glad we chose Trueline Roofing — the whole process was completely stress-free. Ben took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, and I really appreciated that there was no pressure to take on additional work. It’s refreshing to feel like more than just a number. We’ve already recommended them to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

Ben and his team came out to us very quickly after we had one missing and another slipped tile on our roof. They've done a great job and are wonderful, kind, helpful people who did the job for free for us as we are an animal rehoming charity. We are very pleased with their work - thank you!

Excellent service from a top team

Had a company come do some work on my roof and it was still leaking after being reassured they completed the job in hand and it wouldn't leak no more. A week later the problem was still there so I called Ben from trueline roofing ltd and he came round and investigated the area and told me what the problem was and gave me a very reasonable price. His team if lads came and got straight on with the job, all very polite and tidy both work areas and around my property. I highly recommend ben and trueline roofing ltd, excellent service and experienced roofers

These guys gave a price, turned up on time and on the day arranged. The work was completed quickly and efficiently with no added costs or any other issues. I'll be happy to work with them again and refer them on to anyone.

Ben and his team replaced the whole roof on my bungalow. He and his team worked tirelessly through horrendous weather to get the job done. The end result looks great. Happy to recommend. Thank you!

Ben and his team are quality roofers. Done an amazing job of 200sqm roof for us. Very trustworthy

Ben responded to my enquiry very quickly. He assessed the job and gave us a quote which we accepted. He started immediately and did a fantastic job. He was professional and kept us informed of the progress throughout the job. The quote was very reasonable and although unforseen circumstances meant that the final price was higher than the initial quote it was definitely worth it.

Ben responded very quickly and visited the same day to assess the issue. He and his team were extremely friendly and approachable, and communication throughout was excellent. Ben went above and beyond with the work, and the whole experience was stress-free. I’m already planning to use him again for more work in a few months and would happily recommend him to others.

Ben and his team have just completed a great Roof Repair for me, having replaced Lead Valleys with the GRP Dry Valley system, all completed in little over 2 days. They have many years of roofing experience, are polite and helpful, and work extremely hard on the job using top-quality materials to ensure perfect weather protection. A pleasure to do business with you Ben, and thank you for your advice on any future work that may be needed. All done at a very reasonable cost, I fully recommend Trueline.

Ben was so helpful - he came out to have a look at our damaged conservatory roof and offered advise and assistance. We went straight to him when we needed our gutters replaced and he fitted the work in quickly and got the job done fast. Definitely recommend Trueline Roofing!
