Can't thank Charlie enough for carrying out a spray foam removal on a prospective property purchase. He was compassionate and generous with his experienced advice from start to finish. The work was carried out efficiently and without delay. Thanks to him, what could have been the end of the road for our move was remedied with ease and professionalism. No hesitation to express my recommendation. I'm incredibly grateful for the time Charlie took and the service provided.

Had my roofing done. The team were just great. Kept me updated every step of the way, wrapped up earlier than expected and left the place really tidy. Really pleased with how it all went!

Some really great work carried out by them on such a short notice after we discovered issues in the loft. Excellent excellent customer service.

Great service, brilliant staff and top quality job. I would highly recommend, thanks to Charlie and his team, well done all.

I had a really positive experience with Charlie and the team. Showed up on time and worked hard. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work... didn’t cut any corners. If you need roofing or insulation work, these are the people to go to.

Excellent Work -A professional, friendly and timely service and at all times, keeping me up to date with the progress of the work. The roof was unsually low pitched and Charlie went to considerable lengths to research the best tiles.

Well where do I start. I knew the garage flat roof needed some repair but the January gales finished it off. Time for action but where luckily I found Roofing & Insulation Services. They were very protective and asked for my daughters to be involved. It turned into a complete new pitch roof, new soffits and gables and rotten woodwork. The gales were horrendous but Charlie and his team were brilliant coping with all the problems that kept developing. They kept me aware and also sent videos to my daughters to keep them up to date. I now feel a great weight off my shoulders and most importantly safe and dry !!!!

Steve, Charlie and the team at Roofing and Insulation services were fantastic. They gave honest advice and accurate quotes. They kept me updated with progress and involved in the decision making. The team worked hard to finish within expected timescales but did not rush the job as the attention to detail was exemplary. I'm very happy to recommend them and their work.

Looking for competent and experienced trades people can be very daunting. Unfortunately our extension roof started to show signs of a leek…..Luckily we were recommended Charlie Hughes of roofing & insulation services. From his first visit he removed all of the stress, he explained in detail what the issue was, produced photos and videos of the source of the problem and its effects. Charlie and his team did on outstanding job repairing the roof to a high standard. Once again thanks to everyone Charlie, all the best for the future, We would recommend you to anyone. Dawn and Dave.

I just want to say a Huge THANK YOU to Charlie and his team for their incredible work on my Dad's roof. We were in the process of selling Dad's house, when we discovered issues with spray foam insultation in the loft, which turned out to be worse than we thought as it has been sprayed directly onto the roof tiles and rafters, and was impossible to remove without damaging the tiles. We desperately neeeded urgent help, and it was a week before Christmas, and I was about to go abroad. But luckily I found Charlie at Roofing and Insulation Services Ltd. Charlie stepped in and took all the pressure away from me, he even surveyed the roof on Xmas Eve, and promised to get the work done over the New Year period. I was abroad at the time, and Charlie was incredible at communicating with me - sending me photos of before/during and after the roof re-fit, and even sending me details of which tiles I would prefer. I was blown away by his kindness and thoughtfulness. And the neighbours even messaged me to say that the team who were fitting the roof were all really nice and considerate, and were doing a great job. Just what I needed to hear. Oh and I almost forgot the most important part - the cost was so reasonable, and Charlie did his best to keep everything within budget, as he discovered hidden issues when the tiles were removed. We were up against the clock, as we didn't want to lose the sale of the house, and Charlie pulled out all the stops to make this happen. Thank you Charlie and all the staff at Roofing and Insulation Services for truly 'being there' for me. I will be recommending you to as many people as I possibly can. You are awesome.

Charlie and his team were amazing when Mum needed her loft insulation removing. They were honest if anything additional cropped up, open about the costs, and altogether a pleasure to have had 'on site'! After we'd had high winds, a small piece of the roofing shifted, and they came out at no extra cost to fix it. Thank you so much for looking after Mum and her home.

From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly responsive and managed to come to the job quickly, which was a huge relief. The quality of work was outstanding. They not only completed the job very quickly but also left the site spotless, which I greatly appreciated. What truly set them apart was their ability to diagnose the actual problem. Unlike other roofers who incorrectly blamed damp issues, Roofing and Insulation Services identified the real cause—leaks—and addressed them efficiently. Moreover, they suggested a more efficient and cost-effective solution compared to other quotes I received. This not only saved me money but also ensured a long-lasting fix. Mum and I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. Charlie and his team were amazing to deal with from start to finish. They are very professional, reliable, knowledgeable, considerate, friendly and do excellent work at a reasonable cost. We had the original roof replaced (100 years old), rotten wood replaced, fascia and guttering, chimney pointed and sealed, roof insulation and Properla applied to the external walls. We had work done on a close family member’s property by charlie and his team & could not fault one bit of the process. My family was kept in a loop of what was happening with before during and after pictures! Could not recommend this company enough will definitely be in contact with the team again

After being pushed from pillar to post by another company, Charlie came to look at a leak I had in my roof during heavy rainfall. Charlie turned up as and when he said he would and explained in detail the process him and his team would carry out to repair what was diagnosed as some old and rotten felt and batten, as well as completing a full like-for-like ridge replacement due to some broken pieces. Again, on the day when works were due to commence, Charlie and his team turned up exactly on time and made me feel at ease after talking me through a few concerns I had. Their work was efficient and completed within the schedule that was promised and his team were extremely tidy leaving my property clean and organised at the end of each day. The works that were completed were to an exceptional standard at a very reasonable price, and I can confidently say Charlie and his team have restored my faith in tradesmen. I can’t recommend these guys enough - if you need any works doing to your roof then don’t hesitate to get in touch! 5⭐️ from me.
