We’ve just had our insulation replaced and the outside rendering touched up and repainted, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Charlie the owner and the lads were absolutely amazing, by skill, hardworking, and a real pleasure to have around. They brought such a great energy to the job, funny, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, they kept everything tidy, explained what they were doing, and the quality of their work is outstanding. Our home looks fantastic, and the difference in warmth is already noticeable ( even in this heatwave at the moment). I’d recommend them in a heartbeat. Well where do I start. I knew the garage flat roof needed some repair but the January gales finished it off. Time for action but where luckily I found Roofing & Insulation Services. They were very protective and asked for my daughters to be involved. It turned into a complete new pitch roof, new soffits and gables and rotten woodwork. The gales were horrendous but Charlie and his team were brilliant coping with all the problems that kept developing. They kept me aware and also sent videos to my daughters to keep them up to date. I now feel a great weight off my shoulders and most importantly safe and dry !!!!

Looking for competent and experienced trades people can be very daunting. Unfortunately our extension roof started to show signs of a leek…..Luckily we were recommended Charlie Hughes of roofing & insulation services. From his first visit he removed all of the stress, he explained in detail what the issue was, produced photos and videos of the source of the problem and its effects. I just want to say a Huge THANK YOU to Charlie and his team for their incredible work on my Dad's roof. We were in the process of selling Dad's house, when we discovered issues with spray foam insultation in the loft, which turned out to be worse than we thought as it has been sprayed directly onto the roof tiles and rafters, and was impossible to remove without damaging the tiles. We desperately neeeded urgent help, and it was a week before Christmas, and I was about to go abroad. But luckily I found Charlie at Roofing and Insulation Services Ltd. Charlie stepped in and took all the pressure away from me, he even surveyed the roof on Xmas Eve, and promised to get the work done over the New Year period. I was abroad at the time, and Charlie was incredible at communicating with me - sending me photos of before/during and after the roof re-fit, and even sending me details of which tiles I would prefer. I was blown away by his kindness and thoughtfulness. And the neighbours even messaged me to say that the team who were fitting the roof were all really nice and considerate, and were doing a great job. Just what I needed to hear. Oh and I almost forgot the most important part - the cost was so reasonable, and Charlie did his best to keep everything within budget, as he discovered hidden issues when the tiles were removed. We were up against the clock, as we didn't want to lose the sale of the house, and Charlie pulled out all the stops to make this happen. Thank you Charlie and all the staff at Roofing and Insulation Services for truly 'being there' for me. I will be recommending you to as many people as I possibly can. You are awesome.

They were honest if anything additional cropped up, open about the costs, and altogether a pleasure to have had 'on site'! After being pushed from pillar to post by another company, Charlie came to look at a leak I had in my roof during heavy rainfall. Charlie turned up as and when he said he would and explained in detail the process him and his team would carry out to repair what was diagnosed as some old and rotten felt and batten, as well as completing a full like-for-like ridge replacement due to some broken pieces. Again, on the day when works were due to commence, Charlie and his team turned up exactly on time and made me feel at ease after talking me through a few concerns I had. Their work was efficient and completed within the schedule that was promised and his team were extremely tidy leaving my property clean and organised at the end of each day. The works that were completed were to an exceptional standard at a very reasonable price, and I can confidently say Charlie and his team have restored my faith in tradesmen.
