Great friendly service from Justin. We had a vent that needed replacing and some leaking gutters. Justin gave us a good range of options, was very prompt, fairly priced and the repair looks fantastic. Would recommend to anyone.
Contacted Justin regarding an issue with a slipped slate. After talking things over and considering options, I requested a quote to have the whole roof replaced due to it's age and condition and the likelihood of further weather damage with more frequent storms. Justin provided a reasonable quote which included batons, slates, fixings, membrane and additionally French Hooks (Tingles). The house is in a windy spot and with the increased occurrence of strong winds, this was a good idea. Justin and his team did an excellent and steady job, ensuring that there was no risk to weather damage as work progressed. I also asked Justin to look at one of the chimneys that had previously been lowered and not finished correctly. He included this in the cost of the work. Later discovered that both chimneys had not been finished properly by a different contractor, previously, and these were both rectified and finished nicely. I took another quote to have my guttering replaced while the scaffolding was up, after a terribly botched job some years previously. A good job was done and I now have properly fitted and flowing guttering again. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone considering roofing work. He was very happy to talk through everything and answer all concerns and questions and keep me informed along the way.

Justin used the latest high-quality resin repair system, which strengthened and sealed the roof without disturbing the sheets. I am very pleased that I chose Justin from J Janes roofing to do our work. He came highly recommended and did a fantastic job. J Janes Roofing have just done a great job for us. They were very fast in responding to our roof problem and showed expert knowledge when identifying how water was entering our property. It turned out that we had multiple problems with roof ridge tiles, flashings and flat roofs. Their experience in dealing with a variety of different roofing types showed how knowledgeable and experienced they are. I found them to be trustworthy, honest, and reliable and would highly recommend them.
I asked Justin to repair some leaking guttering and he was reliable with his timekeeping and honest with his quote. I asked him back a couple of years later to look at a leaking flat roof as he seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. I feel his expert experience, quality workmanship and reliability are a real asset and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.
