Trent Building & Roofing Ltd

Fantastic work

I contacted them to fix some missing and slipped tiles after the multiple storms and general wear and tear. Anthony was polite, accommodating, and punctual, ringing ahead to let me know his ETA for the quote, and then arriving as scheduled to do the repairs with his colleague. Very reasonable pricing, left absolutely no mess and came back when I had some follow up concerns a few days later (turns out these weren't related to the roof, just the joys of an old house). I was ghosted by several companies when trying to get a quote, so I am very happy with this company from quote to job done.

Very well organised and good communication. The planned guttering job got done professionally and neat tidy finish. Thank you Anthony and assistant for the good service provided. Would definitely recommend. (From Maureen )

Great and efficient lads. They repaired my roof/chimney area over 6 months ago - no problems at all. Good value for money - cheaper than previous cowboys I used that also charged me over 50% more than these guys. Would use them again.

Did a brilliant job, fair price and excellent bloke. Got me a good price for scaffolding that was required. Deffo recommend

I’ve use this company before but need more work doing so, I didn’t hesitate to message Anthony ,albeit on a Saturday. Message returned and visited to quote the same day . Work started and completed the following Wednesday. Absolutely fantastic and professional service . I recommend this company .

Prompt service, doesn’t try to con you into having jobs done that don’t need doing. A tidy worker, polite , knowledgeable, calls you back the same day if your call is unanswered.Reasonably priced, have used other companies and the service wasn’t there but with these I had no worries. Extremely reliable and would 100% recommend. Top blokes no job too small!

Really fantastic service from Anthony and the team. Replied promptly, came round to deliver a quote and within a week had fixed all the slipped tiles on my roof. Great to have a trusted contact for future use, would recommend!

Asked for quote at short notice. Anthony comes at arranged time, very amiable and honest chap.

Prompt survey and completion of a repair to roof hips damaged by tree fall. Kept updated whilst non-standard items were sourced and the repair was carried out when and within the quoted price to a high standard. Anthony and co clearly work hard to deliver a quality finish with excellent customer service and deserve to do well. Many thanks, Nick

Anthony and his team are fantastic. We'll worth 5 star rating. He is a really honest guy. Thank you for your excellent work.

Really quick attendance to look at the issue and provide reasonably priced quote! Also really quick to schedule the work in. Verge caps were efficiently fitted with no mess left at the end. Both were very courteous of neighbours and their vehicles whilst doing the job! I am so so pleased with the end result. Would highly recommend and will now be my go to roofing company.

Roof still leaks and doesn’t return my calls took hundreds of pounds off me to over point my ridges that don’t even need doing it looks a mess and the leak is worse than it was

October 2023 - Anthony and Aaron removed an old boiler flue from our roof and sorted a leak from the roof into the garage ceiling after Storm Babet. They were professional and efficient workers who arrived on time and explained their process clearly. Clean and tidy workers who did a quality job and gave value for money, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and I would use them again should the need arise. Thank you from Peter & Di @ Mapperley.

Drone footage explained why were experiencing a leak in one of the bedrooms, soiled gulley and blocked downpipe. Called several roofers but Trent Building & Roofing responded quickly and followed up when they said they would. Quoted in the morning and managed to fit us in later that day. Not a big job but important to us to have the problem solved quickly. Anthony & Aaron thank you.

Really pleased with all the high quality work Anthony carried out for the guttering. I was very impressed with the exceptional service I received from start to finish. Anthony called a day earlier than our appointment and suggested coming to have a look at my leaking gutter as he was in the area. Not only did he come and have a look, but within the hour he was back and the job was completed. Really appreciated the swiftness in getting the job done and now looking forward to a rainy winter with no leaks!

Very good 👍

I was concerned about the state of my roof ridge tiles. After some research I was drawn to the large number excellent reviews attracted by this company. They responded quickly to my request for a visit and confirmed that the ridge tiles were in a poor condition and needed to be re-bedded. They also advised me that my chimney brick work would benefit from re-pointing. Less than a week later all the work was completed to my entire satisfaction.Throughout the process Anthony kept me fully informed. They provided a professional, friendly service, treated my property with respect and did an excellent job of tidying up after their work. I have already engaged them to replace my old guttering at the earliest opportunity. I have no hesitation in recommending Trent Building & Roofing Ltd to anyone in the local area.

Called Trent building and roofing to fix some storm damage on our roof. They were professional, efficient, reasonably priced and above all they did a great job - thanks! Would certainly recommend

Anthony did a great job to fit the new lead to chimney and repoint the ridge tiles. He also clear the gutters for me without charge. Anthony is very quick respond to my call, he came to quote on the next day at exactly time he told me. He explained very clearly what happened and what needs to be done, the quote price is also very reasonable. Start the job on 3 days later, again, very punctuality. If I have to keep only one roofer number in my mobile, it will definitely be Anthony.
