A fantastic job carried out with care and speed 😊. Ryan and team remove the whole roof from the old section of our bungalow, replaced the membrane, re-battened and re-roofed, and replaced all the guttering in under 8 working days. They also cleaned up beautifully. I will definitely use them again for any roofing related jobs and would thoroughly recommend - but be prepared to wait as they are always very busy 😁

We approached Macey's as we had Velux windows which were leaking into the attic due to being fitted by an unprofessional builder. We spent a good deal of time searching for the best roofers in the Southampton area by looking at customer feedback and positive reviews and chose Macey's. Ryan and Zac came over and assessed the situation and gave a good explanation of what is wrong and what is necessary to rectify it. We received photos from the roof to illustrate what was wrong. We put down a 20% deposit and booked in. They were very busy because of high demand so we needed to be patient. Zac and his colleague did an excellent job throughout which spanned 2 days. The standard flashing kits would not fit because the Veluxes were installed on a frame so Zac went ahead and built custom flashing around both windows to solve the problem. Excellent service and highly recommend Macey's Roofing. Well done!

A very smart new roof from Ryan and his team. He gave us an honest appraisal of our roof last autumn, patched it up to see us through the winter and then turned up, as promised to replace it in April. He dealt with the whole project seamlessly. Chimney removal, sorting out solar panels, removal of heat exchanger were all accomplished without issue. There was good communication between him and the scaffolder and all was removed promptly and without problems. He was clear about pricing and stuck to agreed amounts. So pleased with the result. Would highly recommend.
Maceys were excellent replacing our roof, removing chimneys and replacing fascia boards and guttering, exceptional standard of work, arrived when they promised and carried out the work quickly, they cleaned up after the job leaving no sign they had been there. No nasty surprises regarding the quote. 5* roofers don't bother looking anywhere else they won't be beaten.

Replaced my shed roof after Storm Bertie blew my felting off. Great communication. Great price. Fixed a date really quickly and did not wait long for work to commence. Job was done in a day and it was perfect, much better than before. They cleaned up everything before they left. They are really lovely polite lads too.

my elderly nan was being scammed by ESS roofing, for £2800 after cold calling and scaring her into unneeded work! They contacted me straight away to offer help and were here 1st thing to ensure my nan had all the damage caused repaired. I have colanders that let less water through than my garage roof did - that was until Ryan and the team replaced it! Flat roof, quickly reviewed, replaced in a day, and to a superb standard. Reliable, honest, friendly service. I'd been struggling to get a roofer to even look at fixing my roof, possibly because it was just a small leak and scaffolding would be required. However, Macey's responded really quickly and sorted everything for me. Very relieved to finally remove the bucket from my loft!
