LC Roofing — Manchester Roof Repairs

I needed some minor repair work carrying out to refit a roof tile that had slipped, fix a leaking gutter and repair the flashing on the Kitchen roof. I also asked him to clean the gutters. Lee responded to my email and came to assess the work. He explained everything that he needed to do to effect repairs. Agreed a price of 480.00 and he was able to come the following week. He turned up when he said he would (It is surprising how many don't) He Completed repairs in a timely fashion and I was happy with the work carried out (though obviously time will tell) and would definitely use again and recommend him ( already referred him to my sister in law). Recommended by a family member, Lee came to assess and quote for both repairs to my roof and the kitchen roof of another property. Listened to the problem, gave good advice and explained what was needed. Lee came to do the job the following day, turned up promptly and after he finished he cleaned up. A good job, well done.

Needed a gutter repairing during some pretty bad rain which was causing moisture in the house. Called on a Monday and by Wednesday he was round, job fixed and another gutter cleaned out. Recommended!

Great experience. Had leaks in the roof in 2 places, had a couple of companies round quoting expensive prices without even getting up to look. Lee turned up when he said he would, got up on the roof took video to show me the issues, quoted a fair price. Very impressed with Lee Prompt and professional. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. After putting up scaffold on a high three storey Victorian semi, they fixed a valley for us that was leaking badly into the house.
