Tony and his team were excellent. They were punctual, efficient, courteous and both good-humoured and good-natured. They got the work done to a high standard and left the site clean and tidy. What was particularly impressive was the standard of their communications. A clear estimate was provided by Lucy. The agreed date for commencement of the work was honoured. I was informed in advance when the scaffolding was due to be installed. Tony kept me regularly informed of progress and the work was completed in good time. The invoice matched the estimate which is always appreciated! Would I have this company back in the future to do more work to the property? Yes, definitely!

Cousins roofing recently replaced the flat roof over our first floor extension. They were wonderful from start to finish, especially as we are aware that they travelled further than perhaps they would normally do. They are professional, efficient, very polite and friendly. Tony kept us informed throughout the process and also arranged scaffolding, which came down the day after the roof was completed. He, and his team, worked nonstop to complete the job in one day, which we were incredibly grateful for. The work was completed to an exceptional standard, and we were able to see drone photographs of before and after. Everywhere was left clean and tidy and they even filled a hole in the drive for us. I cannot praise them highly enough and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for an honest, professional and communicative roofing firm.

Amazing from start to finish. Despite poor weather, the team kept me fully in the loop throughout the whole process. Everything was clean, tidy, and professional, and everyone was friendly. Tony was exceptional, he explained everything clearly, organised all of the building regulations, and was completely trustworthy. Our roof now looks absolutely stunning. This is the second house we’ve had to replace a roof on (how’s that for luck!), and I wouldn’t use anyone else. I highly recommend Cousins.

We had Tony come over to look at a leak we have through our pitched roof on our extension. We'd already had 2 quotes from other roofers that had quoted us thousands. Cousins Roofing replaced the felt on our flat roof & fitted a new lantern. Very pleased with the work carried out & price paid. Workmen took care with the work & cleared away rubbish etc. I would happily use them again and would recommend.

From the initial contact with the contractor to their first visit ,quote and work being completed, everything has gone without a hitch. The price was competitive but the quality of the work is outstanding. Site tidied at end of everyday and communication was great. Really nice people too. We have no hesitation in Cousin’s Roofing.

Had 3 leaking Dormers all leaking from the roof , work was carried out to a high standard & i was kept up to date as works progressed . All scaffold permits where arranged as was the scaffolding. All in all I would have no problem using them on future works ...highly recommended . Thanks again.

The stakes are high when the roof over your head needs replacing, but we were in safe hands with Cousins Roofing. Great first impression - Of the three firms I invited to quote for the job, Tony was the only one to show up at the agreed time (early in fact!), in a sign-written van, wearing a branded shirt. Punctuality and communication - Not only was Tony able to answer all of my questions and give useful advice, but the questions he asked gave me full confidence that he understood what I wanted. He regularly updated me on progress including photos, which really put my mind at ease as I was out of the country whilst most of the work took place. On the few occasions I needed to speak to him, he was very easy to get hold of via telephone and whatsapp. Speed and cleanliness - They clearly have a big team to throw at these jobs. I counted 5 guys working on my roof at one point and progress was rapid! All nice and respectful lads too, one guy even swept around the outside of the property each day to keep things tidy which was a nice touch. Quality work - I went up on the scaffolding to have a look for myself after they'd finished, I'm no expert but it looked immaculate. I spotted a small issue, which Tony had sorted the same day.

Due to all these storms we have had over the last 5 weeks. My flat roof started to leak. I checked up on reviews for roofers and Cousins roofing had some great reviews so I contacted Tony, the company has been very efficient in organising the scaffold and his team arrived on time, got on with the job and always left everything clean and tidy.

Cousins Roofing comes with an excellent reputation that spurred us to contact them about a roof in disrepair. They were prompt in identifying the issue and suggesting a range of solutions. Their quote coupled with their reputation made them the only option for a full roof replacement. We dealt directly with the owners at all time. We decided on a convenient window in which to do the work. All aspects of the job were catered and quoted for, so it was good just to be able to let them get on with the work. The job started on time and there were always 4 contractors on site to complete a brilliant job in the allocated time. Due to signs of a small leak in my flat roof I called Cousins because they are a local company. Tony contacted me and arranged to visit and provide a quote. The price was very competitive. The work was carried out photos taken and provided to me. During the whole process Cousins were very professional, helpful and polite. The work was completed quickly and the site fully cleared and cleaned after. Tony and Joe were excellent during the day of the work and very helpful and friendly.
