We have just had our roof replaced by Ryan's team and we are really pleased with the results. The guys turned up every day (come rain or shine) and were hardworking and polite. Special mention to Mick who also cleared up afterwards leaving our pathways cleaner than they were beforehand.

Excellent service - Rang them 3.30 pm on Thursday with an urgent problem (large lumps of mortar torn free from gable verge above our front door and some had landed on our doorstep. Ryan called round at 5 pm and immediately climbed up a ladder and removed the larger pieces that were precariously hanging over the guttering and assessed the damage. We received an e-mail with the quote for repairing the damage around 7.30 pm. We already had approval for scaffolding to be erected to contain the risk of falling debris from our insurance company but we were astounded at 8.00 am the following morning when the scaffolders arrived and completed the installation before 12.00 pm. We sent the quote with photographs to our insurance company who rang Ryan for more detailed information about the cause of the problem and subsequently gave us the approval for MC roofing to carry out the work. We rang Ryan mid afternoon to give him the go ahead and were delighted when he rang back later to inform us that the work would be carried out the following day being a Saturday. The roofers arrived at 9.00 am and completed the work before 4.00pm to a high standard and we were well impressed almost within 48 hours of our first phone contact! We know which company we will be using should we have any future roofing issues!!

Mcroofing have completed my re-roof and alwitra flat roof extension and highly recommend their quality service they provide. They stayed at the job until it was complete and got the job finished quickly and professionally to a very high finish. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
I was in need of a roofer, called MC Roofing due to good reviews which they were quick to respond and quote. Once the work started the scaffolding was delayed due to no permit, as the house is terraced. After this things went down hill, communication was poor as I did not hear much for few weeks. After chasing MC Roofing confirmed the scaffolding was going up. Then weeks passed by again chasing with no response, poor communication from them. Turned up late to start the job on the day. I also requested additional work and possible a quote for the whole roof to be done as more leaks appeared as well but being ignored. I was also going between Weymouth and Gloucester caring for my Dad who had cancer and a stroke at the time, with the stress of waiting for the roof to be repaired, and water pooring in the house this turned out to be more of a nightmare builder from hell. I’m not sure the quality of work done to repair the roof, time will tell. I thought MC Roofing came across as a professional roofing company but unfortunately due to what’s happened I’m not been to impressed. I hired roofers before on other properties but not in the Dorset area which seems to be poor in the area, I’ll rather pay the extra to get a roofer outside the Dorset area now. Shame I have to leave this response as I hate leaving negative reviews. Now I have to start finding another roofer all over again. 2 stars is for the quick response to getting a quote.
Had Ryan come out and have a look at my partner's roof and chimney which was leaking inside and decided to have the chimney removed and the roof redone as it was over 80yrs old and have to say it wasn't the best weather to do it either but they done the whole job in 2wks and have to say we're are very pleased with the work they've done would recommend to anyone who is after any roofing work done 👍👍👍thank you and your men for the excellent work you've done 😎😎👊
Was worried a large company with many commercial clients may not have time for small private jobs or would charge an arm and a leg. Was proved very wrong when a member of the MC Roofing team promptly came out to fix a leak on our flat roof garage. Arrived on time as stated and great service for a more than reasonable cost. Would highly recommend MC Roofing to anyone no matter the size of the job!

MC Roofing Ltd provided an excellent service as usual! The job was tricky and involved working around a thatched roof, but proved to be no problem and was completed in an incredibly fast time frame of just three days! Can't recommend highly enough!!
Ryan was always very efficient and responsive at all times (even on the weekends!). The work was carried out very quickly and done to the agreed timescales. I had a whole re roof done and Ryan provided drone photos of before and after which was also really helpful. A great reliable and professional team, would recommend to anyone.
An amazing crew! We needed our whole roof covering replaced due to its age (& many leaks). Within 24 hours of contacting them for a quote they responded & came out to do their survey with a drone (which was awesome!). We had the initial quote within 48 hrs of 1st contact. Every time we had to tweak the quote (gable ladders / no gable ladders / reuse existing roof tiles / all new roof tiles) they came back within no more than 72 hrs. They fully took on board our specifications (due to having been a building inspector for 15 years I can be very particular) incl. top of the range breather membrane (which I later found out they fit as standard just to be safe) and even managed to match our existing tiles so we didn't have to apply for planning permission. Scaffolding went up on the Tuesday (the scaffolders were amazing too & fully took on board requirements ref. A shared boundary). Works started the following Monday. Exactly one week later they were fully finished. A very safe, clean & tidy site. No loud blaring radios (just one on at low volume which I never heard until I went out side for tea / coffee orders) & no shouting or foul language (sadly quite common on a lot of other sites). Any questions or concerns we had they handled quickly & professionally. Even did a few little extras when some areas of the existing roof needed some additional work. The price for the works was very reasonable too.We cannot recommend this company enough. We will certainly be singing their praises to anyone who needs roof works. Thank you so much lads. You made the stress of our house repairs disappear with works that were quick & painless. Thank you so much!
