Quote for new guttering and re-pointing of chimneys: My husband contacted rated roofing for a quote a couple of weeks back. Lewis was super quick in responding and was really effective in communicating prior to the work with detailed quotes. Lewis had a good workmen with him who were always really respectful of our neighbours and who were clean and tidy too. They were all really easy to get along with and were happy to answer any questions we had during the work. Really good at what they do and very professional.
When i needed work done on my roof I contacted Lewis. He came out and found the issues and gave me a great quote. When doing the work, Lewis kept me fully informed all the way through the work being carried out with what was happening and when. They are a friendly and helpful company. I am extremely pleased with the work that has be done and I feel they have gone above and beyond with ther customer service. I would highly recommend Rated Roofing to my family and friends. On time, on budget, cleared debris. Deep repointing oh a large Purbeck stone chimney that was leaking into plaster in bedroom below. Also applied waterproofing.

Immediately got the impression these guys are proper professionals and take pride in what they do. Great price too. Work conducted promptly after the quote so no waiting about. I cannot recommend lewis and the team enough. After being promised qoutes from several other businesses and experiencing 3 no shows! Rated Roofing were on point from the start. We had Lewis and this team come out to our flat roof that was leaking Lewis gave me the options of things he could do to fix the problem we chose to have a new roof and it was the best thing we did. They were extremely professional and experienced and did the roof brilliantly there was no hidden costs in the work and they did the work in a fast clean manor and did not leave any rubbish it was like they were never there. We got out grantee for the new roof and we have not had any problems and with the winter coming I have piece of mind that I’m not going to have water coming through my ceiling every time it rains.
