Advanced Exterior Plastics is praised for friendly, knowledgeable service and high-quality fitting of windows, doors, double glazing, fascias, soffits and gutters. Reviews often mention clear communication, careful work around tricky areas, tidy installations and helpful aftercare, with several customers returning for further projects. A small number of reviews raise serious concerns about delays, inaccurate measurements and an insecure brick left after installation, so experiences have not been entirely consistent.
6 months ago we called them out to fit some windows and doors , agree for it to be completely within a month . It took 5 months , a couple windows a week were installed and then had to be replaced at a time . Failed to measure correctly, didn’t adhere to the agreed trim. Very disappointed be aware
Advanced fitted three new double glazed units in my flat today. The fitter was there bright and early, and immediately went about his task. He knew that I had removed wooden shutters to enable the installation. Due to this, he worked with this in mind knowing I would want to refit the shutters. They went back perfectly, thank you for the care you took to ensure this. The work was done to an extremely high standard, and the area was really well cleaned on completion. This is the second time I have used Advanced, and would have no problem using them again, should I need any further work done. Equally, I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thank you for an excellent job.
A great job done by exterior plastics I’m really pleased with the outcome also, there was a bit of eye candy on the ladder!😉
Done all the windows on my house never had a problem
Josh came out and measured all my windows, was very professional and gave me some great advice. All the windows have now been installed and over the moon with them. Would highly recommend !
Excellent service as always. We have used Advanced multiple times for both doors and windows. The personal service that they provide as a family run company is superb. The quality of the glazing is high and the fitting is excellent. Aftersales is also high quality. Many thanks!
Sean and Joshua are great. We needed to have our gutters, fascias and soffits done, and they took the time to explain their reasoning and gave us a good quote. The works involved working with our roofer, so wasnt straightforward, but Sean kept us in the loop always. Works were done quickly. Highly recommend.
Very friendly service, quickly carrying out high quality work replacing all our fascias, soffits and gutters. Kept us up to date with progress. Would highly recommend.
Really grateful to Josh and team for their work on our front door today. They are hugely knowledgable and professional and couldn't be more helpful. They went above and beyond. Will definitely be using them again when it comes to future work. Thank you!

Fantastic company. Did all our fascias, soffits and guttering over 4 days. Looks fantastic and the 2 guys doing it were so good. Tidied every night before heading off. Recommend to everyone
Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable with a well finished product thanks again
This company installed a window on the first floor of my house and dislodged 2 bricks in the process. We have only recently found them insecure and loose. This is so DANGEROUS !! and could have fallen onto anyone below. POOR SERVICE and should have replaced them securely!! WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
Great quality and great service. The owner ensures you get the best service and keeps you updated of the progress prior to installation.
Good quality, good service .....
