Sean, as usual, was professional, courteous and got the job completed quickly. Old style roof needed the ridge tiles addressing. Sorted the scaffolding, work between my neighbour and I and was pro-active to tackle a few additional issues with the chimney. Highly recommended.

Sean came over to see our roof following a leak. He carried out a proper inspection climbing up to see it and within a week scaffolding was up and the job was done. Great service. The scaffolder he used was the most polite tradesman ever
Highly recommend KS Roofing - Sean responded to our initial enquiry quickly, and easily identified problems we were having with our guttering. Sean has done work for us before relating to a separate issue with our boiler flue which was misaligned after a storm, and we've been incredibly happy with the work completed on both occasions. Sean repaired our roof with a replacement solar panel apron, new slates and a new dry ridge system. He was fantastic all the way through the process, right from the initial inspection visit. He promptly prepared such a good report that NHBC paid for our claim within just a few weeks. The scaffolding was set up very efficiently, and the work completed within a few days. Sean has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process, and given us complete peace of mind through what could otherwise have been a very stressful situation – many thanks again, highly recommended.
I contacted Sean to come and have a look at my flat roof, due to concerns over pooling water. He very kindly had a look and gave me advice. He didn't try to make me have any work done, but put my mind at rest that it should last a couple of years yet. When it does need replacing, I will absolutely be asking him to do the work. It isn't often when I feel I can trust a tradesperson, but Sean was very honest and I would recommend him to anyone!

Sean removed a chimney from the roof level down to ceiling height, and repaired the roof. Very happy with his work, he left everything tidy, and we would happily have him carry out work for us again.
We needed a repair to our roof which was letting in water. Sean identified the problem and provided an honest assessment of what needed to be done. He fixed it in good time to prevent any further damage and the job was completed well and tidily. The repair has lasted well and we would certainly call this company again if we ever had any other problems with the roof.
A honest trader who will not rip you off. Used KS Roofing to fix a complicated leak in our roof. Sean was totally professional in his approach and did a great job but as I said the leak was complicated and although reduced the leak was still there, Sean returned for a second time, free of charge because as he stated he had failed in his first attempt, and put in a fix that has worked, no more leaks. Used KS a second time to have a quick look at the state of the roof on a different building, this required a couple of tiles to be removed and replaced, for this there was no charge, and the roof was declared as being ok for its age and no work was required, a totally honest approach. Great company.

A super roofing company to deal with, I had lower roofing felt replaced, support trays fitted new soffits and frame work, new facias and guttering. Sean was excellent from start to finish, no corners cut great attention to detail and really good job done. All rubbish taken away and there was lots of it and site left really tidy. I would recommend them to anyone.
