M&J Group (Construction & Roofing) Ltd

In house training for the roofing trade.

Terrible driving, nearly caused a large accident by pulling out with no due care and had the audacity to then act aggressively despite multiple cars being impacted. Not the only instance by looking at some of the other reviews. I cannot speak for their work but if it's anything like their driving I would steer clear at all costs.

Unfortunately, my experience with M&J has been disappointing. On a large-scale project that significantly impacted surrounding properties, I expected a higher level of professionalism and care and regard for safety standards. They have a heavy-handed approach in their operations and I have had to raise several issues with them. Overall, the management style felt more about pushing through the job than doing it responsibly and collaboratively.

After having a re roof earlier this year I was appalled how M&J incorrectly removed and smashed asbestos, incorrectly disposed of asbestos and left asbestos debris over my garden. I can honestly say the work completed wasn’t a great standard either as I have had continuous issues with the guttering each time it rains. Would not recommend.

Absolutely amazing service even after the rain thr day before they still came and started the job when they said they would and then after the first days work there was more rain overnight and they still turnt up and worked whilst they were working heavy rain started and we was out when we got back we expected them to have gone home but they were still there normally roofers are lazy and go from lots of breaks dont turn up when they say ect... bur this company are fantastic and will recommend them to anyone thanks guys

Never have I encountered such unprofessionalism in 12 years in the building industry! Don't give them your custom.
