I recently used L & R Renewables for the installation of a battery system and also decided to take out their maintenance plan, and I have been extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. From the initial enquiry, the team were professional, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Everything was explained clearly, including how the battery system would work, the benefits it would provide and what to expect from the installation. There was no pressure at any stage, just straightforward advice and excellent communication. The installation itself was carried out to a very high standard. The engineers arrived on time, were polite, tidy and respectful of the property, and clearly took pride in their work. The whole process was efficient and well organised, and they made sure everything was fully set up and working correctly before leaving. They also took the time to explain the system and answer any questions, which was greatly appreciated. I also purchased the maintenance plan, which gives additional peace of mind knowing that the system will continue to be looked after properly. The plan was explained clearly, with no hidden surprises, and I felt it offered very good value considering the support and ongoing reassurance it provides. What stood out most was the level of customer service. L & R Renewables have been responsive, helpful and professional throughout, and the whole experience has felt very personal rather than just another installation. I would have no hesitation in recommending L & R Renewables to anyone considering a battery installation or renewable energy system. Excellent workmanship, knowledgeable staff, great communication and first-class service from beginning to end. I am very pleased with both the installation and the maintenance plan and would happily use them again in the future.

Made an appointment to come and see me - never showed up, didn't email the information that I had requested and didn't hear from them again - cowboys!

The Hanchu batteries have failed twice within three years and LR Renewables are refusing to replace them despite the twelve year warrantee. They are not answering their phones or replying to emails.I do not recommend LR Renewables and I will be making a complaint to Trading Standards.
