Would definitely recommend Flo Rite. Mark was the only Gas engineer to answer the phone on a Saturday afternoon. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone from my description and came round first thing on Monday morning to fix the issue having obtained the parts.
We are fairly new to the area and used Mark for the first time back in October to change a sensor on our old boiler. We were extremely happy with the service and the work that Mark carried out and this week we asked Mark back again to fit us a new boiler as we were having issues with it leaking. Again, Mark was very professional, informative and completed the installation in a day, despite a few issues with our pipework along the way. Highly recommend! Thank you Mark.

Woke up to a heck of a racket from my central heating/hot water boiler on a summer Saturday morning. Remembered reading previous glowing reviews for Flo Rite on a local FB group so dropped the business a WhatsApp. Had a response from Mark within a couple of hours planning to visit Monday to diagnose the problem, (the issue was not urgent for me as was able to use immersion heater). Replacement fan ordered immediately and fitted within 48 hours, along with a requested boiler service. Happy outcome - rapid response, very polite and clean job at a reasonable price and delivered by a local business - something I am keen to support wherever possible.
Was recommended from a social media community page. Sent over the job with some photos that evening. Got a quick reply and came to sort the issue the following afternoon (radiator detached from a wall). Problem solved from first contact in under 24 hours. Decent honest company, easy communication, fairly priced, and spotless work. Highly recommended.

Called Flo Rite about replacing an old boiler, Mark replied straight away with a quote and installation date. System flushed, drain unblocked (sorry!), boiler replaced, radiators balanced, all in one day. Excellent friendly service, reasonable rates, will absolutely use again :)
Very pleased with Mark. He serviced boiler and spotted that it had not been installed correctly according to specifications. He corrected this and signed off the boiler service to meet manufacturers specifications. Very pleased with the work he did.
Mark put a new boiler in for me the beginning of August he done a brilliant job I love the new boiler . My one gripe is why didn't I use him years ago I will be using him for all my plumbing needs from now on HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Mark is a fantastic plumber. He's now twice sorted our boiler with a week to go until Christmas! I called him today at lunchtime to say we had no hot water or heating after our thermostat had exploded. He responded straight away and within the hour was here fitting a new unit in a calm professional manner.witj 2 small children at home it was very much appreciated to get it sorted so efficiently. I was recommended to Flo Rite by a couple of friends on Facebook when my boiler broke down on one if the coldest nights of the year. Mark popped round that evening and made a quick fix until he could get a part the next day. Since then Mark and Harrison have installed a new boiler, fitted new radiators, replaced a valve in a toilet, resealed a plughole in shower and a few other plumbing jobs. They are always very professional, informative and generally a lovely couple of fellas.
