Anglain Water advised me of a leak and that is was my responsbility to find and fix. Martin found the pipe quickly and efficiently within my driveway/underneath my house. My insurance told me that they would not cover the cost due to there being no signs of damage to my home. Martin took moisture readings within my home which proved there was damage from the leak and I was able to get the cost of repairs from my insurance. I then had the confidence in Martin and his team to complete the installation of a new water main supply. The installation was completed to a very high standard. You cannot tell my block driving had been excavated to install a new water supply and relaid.

I can't recommend Waterwise enough. We had a leak within our boundary which one, un-named, specialist company did not find (but charged us a lot of money for looking), so we contacted Martin at Waterwise, who could not have been more helpful and supportive. The testing conducted at the first visit pinpointed the leak under our front lawn precisely and the second visit to repair the leak resulted in the discovery of a fractured lead pipe and our overnight usage now being zero. The detail and advice received from Martin before, during and after our repair was phenomenal - above and beyond what could be expected. If you have a water leak, do not waste your money by using anyone else, just get Waterwise in.

I would just like to leave my sincere thanks here to Waterwise plumbing and the team. I had an external slow leak on my property that was very difficult to locate, the insurers chosen contractor were completely useless and seemed to only want to take my money and abscond themselves of any responsibility for professional reinstatement. The whole ordeal was made particularly difficult in that my supply line crosses onto my neighbours land. Understandably, My neighbours were not prepared to allow there land to be completely dug up without a proper location of the leak. Waterwise took a systematic process of elimination and eventually detected the leak after a number of detection methods. It was not easy and took three visits but that was due to the particularly complexity of my situation. They eventually detected the leak which luckily was on my land. They were extremely supportive helpful and patient at time when I was very worried about covering the cost and potential unknown ongoing damage to mine / my neighbours property. In the end due to their measured advise and thoughtful process I was able to get full cover under my insurance. Throughout they were thoughtful and attentive to mine and my neighbours wishes about the location of the exploratory holes that needed to be dug. Once detected the leak was fixed in a matter of two visits one to excavate the area and another to refit a special box at my property to correctly route the pipe. Everything was reinstated to a professional standard like nothing had happened. I cannot recommend this company enough if you are ever in a similar situation. I contacted Martin after Anglian Water notified us of a leak at our property. As we are not local and the house is currently unoccupied, I needed someone I could rely on. Although I had never met Martin in person, our phone and email communication gave me full confidence in his professionalism. That was enough for me to trust him to access the property independently, carry out the leak detection, and complete the repair. The leak was found and the repair was carried out the same day, he even levelled off the pathway and reinstated the block paving. Very happy customer!!

I hired this company to help locate a possible water leak. They came out as arranged, fitted a water meter to the main supply, and the entire visit was just 20 minutes. No leak was actually found. Despite this brief visit, I was billed £780, as per their terms and conditions. When I questioned the cost, the owner was quite abrupt and rude about how the bill should be paid. After this, I had to hire another company to do a more thorough check at a much more reasonable price. I would strongly recommend you avoid this company and find one that offers a thorough check at a fair price.

Absolutely excellent service from Martin who has gone above and beyond every step of the way with our leak issues. Trust him explicitly after everything we have been through and would recommend him to anyone who has a leak issue and wants to ensure they are getting a good service and not being manipulated but their insurance company.

Martin was very thorough in tracing the underground water leak and definitely on the side of the customer, offering helpful advice on dealing with the problem.

We called Waterwise in as we had a water leak. Martin came and pressurising the water pipe to prove a leak, then using gas to find it. We found the company very helpful, polite and professional. Martin came up with an alternative route so it didn’t cause disruption in the house. Martin also spoke to the water company for us.

Anglian water informed me of a leak within my property. Martin got back to me within the hour and gave great information and next steps to resolve the issue. Quick efficient service

When confronted by water leaking through a solid concrete floor you need someone that can calmly trace the problem, dig into the concrete within inches of the offending pipe and replace the leaking section. We called Waterwise and this is exactly what happened. Took us through each stage of the process and left us feeling mighty relieved! Martin from Waterwise comes highly recommended.

Be warned - Martin is a Brighton fan, so not ideal. Once you get over that however, he's an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable guy who takes time to explain and inform you on everything you need to know. He managed to find and ultimately fix the leak that was knocking the pressure out of our boiler. Gave great advice on how to claim back through insurance etc also. All in all, whilst this isn't the type of service you dream about using, if you do have to do it, then you really can't go wrong with Martin. Highly Recommend! Absolute 5*

Martin from Waterwise attended our office today as Anglian Water had fiited a smart meter (without our knowledge) and told us we had a leak, gave us 28 days to fix it. When Martin arrived he was brilliant, on time, knowledgeable and in no time at all has found where the problem was and advised us on how to fix it. From first contact with the company we had immeditate email response and engagement, very professional and would highly recommend.

Martin and his team replaced our lead pipe water supply with new plastic pipe.They did the work over 2 days up to our boundary, then we had Anglia water come out 2 weeks later to connect us to the mains. Martin and his team then came back to do the final changeover inside our house and capped off from the old water supply and run test on the new supply. I would recommend waterwise plumbing ltd, they carried the work on time and explained everything to us,we are very happy to have found Martin to carry out the work.

It was a very difficult job in an old Grade II listed house with crazy plumbing and pipes going off in all directions and it took two days in the end as there was more than one leak. Martin was fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable and thought it wasn’t cheap (hoping the insurance co reimburse me!) it was a difficult job done very professionally… so can’t recommend them enough.

Following being advised by Anglian Water we had a water leak of 30 plus litres per hour and it was our responsibility. Martin responded quickly to my call. He was very professional in sourcing the leak which was eventually found to be under the front drive. They returned to fix the leak which required cutting a section out of the tarmac drive. This was undertaken very neatly with the minimum of disturbance and I am pleased to say fixed the leak. The report Martin provided following the work was excellent and has enabled us to go back to Anglian water regarding refund for the costs. After being let down by my insurance company leaving my home with no water I found Martin as one of the recommended plumbers on the Anglian Water website, On contacting Martin he tried to get to me as soon as he was free the same day repairing the pipe work and leaving the area clean and tidy. His knowledge was invaluable and had been very helpful even long after the work was done, I would definitely use him again.

We discovered a central heating leak under our slab a few days before new flooring was going down. I called Waterwise and spoke to Martin who kindly offered to shuffle some jobs around the next day so that he could accommodate me. Watching him work was fascinating, using thermal detection, accoustic detection and tracer gas he was able to pinpoint the leak right under the floor in the middle of the living room. When he made access, it seemed as though the pressure fro the new combi boiler was too much for some old joints which had blown. Martin was happy that the copper pipe was protected correctly under the slab and that we shouldn't have any issues with concrete eating it away which is a worry when copper and concrete touch apparently. Once he fixed the joints, he did full pressure testing to make sure all was good. Happy to report pressure maintained and nonusagenof water in the evening on our Anglian water App (another tip from Martin). Martin also advised on using our own loss assessor for the insurance claim. All in all a great guy, really wasn't to deal with, goes out of his way, is super professional and totally capable of detecting and fixing leaks. We are over the moon as we really did rlfear the worst! Thanks Martin!!

Excellent service, outstanding. I had a serious leak which Martin was able to detect and find. We had no heating or water for 10 days on the day we moved house. To say it was a desperate situation is an understatement, this close to Christmas. Highly recommend Martin. I wish we had found him sooner.

Martin was fast to attend after initial contact of suspected leak in the heating system. Various methods were used to narrow down the location of the leak and pin it down. The leak was found with minimal disturbance to our property and I can highly recommend. You will be dealing with a local company not national which is what i wanted.

I contacted Waterwise to track + trace a suspected leak. They came out immediately and investigated the leak which turned out to be under the kitchen floor. The water was turned off and Waterwise promptly arranged to deal with the problem. They replaced the leaking pipe, organised a specialist drying company and dealt with my insurance company. When the drying had taken place Waterwise also ensured that the affected areas were returned to their original state. All this was achieved with a minimum of fuss and disruption. Needless to say I am extremely pleased with their professionalism. I cannot praise Waterwise and their staff highly enough and would whole heartedly recommend them. Definitely worth a five star rating.
