Prime Air AC Ltd

A/c is not a trivial undertaking and I did not trust some of the companies who give quotes without even a survey. Prime air gave me confidence on the phone and arrived within 2 days to give a survey, ideas and a quote. I was further rewarded when their team arrived to do the install. They were quiet, confident and extremely tidy during the many man hours required to do my 5 room install. I hadn't realised how much work was involved yet they completed the work quickly and with no mess either internally or externally and their work outside was smart and looked pleasing. The final result which was Daikin preferra range and well worth the extra cost for quality and quietness lives very much up to my hopes. Well done prime air..I don't usually bother to give reviews but if this helps someone else to find a trusted installer then I will be happy to have helped

Great service!

A highly recommend professional air conditioning supply and fit business!

We recently had AC units installed at home and couldn't be happier. Razvan and his team were professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking throughout the installation. Superb attention to detail and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking for a quality installation.

Raz and his team were great. Sound advice from the begining, very professional service throughout and for a very competitive price!

Can't recommend Prime Air AC highly enough. Razvan and his team were efficient, punctual, careful and tidy, did the whole job in a single day and did everything we asked for. The quote was detailed and the price was very reasonable. The air con machines work beautifully and are so quiet. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you Razvan!

Raz and the team at Prime Air AC were excellent from the moment they attended to provide a quote to the fitting itself and aftercare. Clear, courteous communication throughout , transparent and very competitive pricing for our Daikan stylish unit. The fitting team were very professional with an excellent clean finish to the work both inside and out. They were meticulous in keeping the house clean during the fitting. I would highly recommend Prime Air

An excellent service from Razvan and his lads. Quick quotation and recommendations on what unit would work best for space and budget. Installation went well and the unit was in a few hours. The lads tidied up after themselves so nothing for me to do but switch it on an cool down! I was so happy that I recommended AC Prime to my parents who also had units installed in their home. I will continue to recommended Riz and his team!

Excellent service from start to finish. The air conditioning installation was completed professionally and efficiently, and we are very pleased with the result. Highly recommended.

Raz - and the team did a sterling job :-) relocating an exciting AC unit for :-) turned up on time, efficient and very tidy, left everything in perfect order, ready for the painter to refresh the room :-).. they also serviced and checked over the condenser, as part of a thorough no corners cut work ethic :/)

Huge thanks to Raz and his team - we had a fairly large Daikin system supplied and installed by them on our house. Our requirements made their job quite difficult, but they delivered a functional and very neat install for the agreed price and on schedule. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an aircon installer!

Abslotuly excellent from the minute of contacting them to the final stage of fitting the AC units. Prime Air AC, made it very easy for us and always on time. We found them very accommodating, friendly and tidy in their work. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! I couldn’t be happier with the installation. Razvan was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely took the time to explain everything clearly. He was also very polite and respectful throughout the whole process, which made the experience even better. The quality of the work is excellent and everything runs perfectly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality air conditioning services. Truly a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience.

Wonderful experience with Prime Air AC! It was the middle of January, wind howling like mad, London feeling like a giant fridge at 5°C so ofcourse we needed even more chill. Decided to future-proof and install some proper AC systems for guests before the Sauna season in July. Called Prime Air AC, and El Capitain Raz and the 3 Musketeers — Marius, Sorrin, and Nick — arrived faster than our kettle boiled, tooled up and ready to just get the job done. Raz sized up the job with elite precision, and gave a classic nod: “Right, let’s bring the cool.” Onwards they went to: • Install new, best of the best whisper-quiet AC systems across the hotel • Explained everything clearly, no jargon nonsense • Skipped the hard-sell add-ons • Tested it — and brought it all to life on time and on budget. We’re now ready to dominate summer, and the bright prospect of energy bills looking sensible. All we can hope for now is a long Indian summer so we can sit back and just enjoy. Thanks team…all for one, and one for all!

Razvan and his team did a brilliant job installing my air con. From initial contact to completion of the installation there was good communication. The installation team were prompt, worked hard and cleaned up thoroughly each day.

FANTASTIC SERVICE Polite and efficient . Company responded within 30 mins of my enquiry . Survey quick and detailed . Installation neat and tidy and price really competitive. Would thoroughly recommend. David ALDENHAM

Used Air Con 4 You for the first times on our commercial, they very professional and helpful. The team arrived on time on the installation date and tidy up after the jobs done. We definitely recommend this company for everyone 🙂

Excellent service to 2 aircons. Would use them again.

We had a great experience with Razvan and his team. After looking at a few different companies we chose them because they were quick to respond to our request and very organised with the follow-up survey. They also have a higher-level partnership with the manufacturer (Mitsubishi Electric in our case), which gave us a longer 7 years warranty and reassured us that they really invest in their team. The price was fair and clearly explained, and the installation was done with a lot of care for our home as everything was left clean and tidy. Really happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Aircon 6 You. The installation was complicated but everything from the electrical work to fitting of the machinery was carried out to our entire satisfaction. Razvan was a pleasure to deal with and we would certainly recommend this company to our friends.

It has been great working with Air Con 4 You to install Air Con. Their communication, installation and customer service has been professional and efficient . The team who came to install did a great job and commissioned in timely fashion. Their warranty offer is assuring and gives peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Faultless experience from start to finish. Razvan came out the next day to quote for our residential system, which was installed in 5 rooms within less than a month of my enquiry. The highly skilled engineers were polite and their attention to detail was incredible, with neat ducting and no mess whatsoever. The installation took two full days and they worked hard throughout. A great find and I highly recommend them.

Aircon 4 You led by Razvan is a superb company from a customer point of view. We are returning customer of their service. Their team is professional, nice and reliable. We are particularly impressed by their speed of service delivery as we do not need to wait for a long time for an appointment of AC installation under current heat wave season. Their advice on AC as a heating device to save energy during winter time is informative and professional. I would recommend Aircon 4 You to anyone in Hertfordshire who would like to install AC for cooling and heating in winter.

The weather in the UK has been getting hotter every year, so we decided to install air conditioning at home this year. After contacting two or three companies, I found this one to be the most reliable! (Other companies either canceled last minute or told us we’d have to wait a month or two due to a full schedule.) From the very beginning, this company gave a great impression: they responded quickly, arrived on time for the quote appointment, and even brought their own shoe covers to avoid dirtying our floors. After measuring the rooms, they promptly provided us with a quote and recommended the most suitable solution for our home—not the most expensive one. On installation day, they arrived more than half an hour early (which pleasantly surprised me) and completed the installation of three indoor units and one outdoor unit all within a single day. They worked efficiently, and the units not only look great but also work perfectly! I’m so glad we chose this company. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to install air conditioning—they’ll definitely provide the most professional service.

Extremely responsive and clear in all communications. Demonstrated great professionalism and completed the job within the agreed timeframe. The work was finished to a high standard, and the AC units are working perfectly. Highly recommended!

Very professional service. The engineers done great job, and left my property clean and tidy. I’m so pleased with my new air conditioning unit. I would highly recommend this company

I had Aircon 4 U Ltd quote for and subsequently install an AC / Heater unit in our kitchen at the back of an old Edwardian house. Very easy to deal with throughout and kept me well informed throughout. Installation was quickly and professionally done and the unit has made a significant difference to our comfort levels. Very happy with the service received and would thoroughly recommend Aircon 4 U Ltd

We have now had five air conditioning units fitted into our classrooms and on all occasions from start to finish the team involved were extremely reliable and provided work at a very high standard. We would definitely recommend Aircon 4 You and will use them for future projects.

AirCon4you Team is always available for support and advice, and truly delivers excellent service. We love our Heat pump!

Razvan and his team are extremely good at installing air conditioners. They've installed 3 Daikin air conditioners in our house and did an amazing job. They've guided us throughout the project and the quality was very impressive. Thank you again Razvan and looking forward to working on new projects soon.

Very good service. Razwan and his team installed heat pump and air condition for us. Razwan responded well to all my queries and gave full attention to all the work he undertook and sent his people same day when there was an issue. Very approachable and professional.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Aircon 4 you! From start to finish, they provided exceptional service during the installation of my Daikin air conditioning system. The team was highly professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. The Daikin unit itself is fantastic – quiet, effective, and energy-efficient, making my home comfortable year-round. I highly recommend Aircon 4 you to anyone looking for a top service and quality products. Truly a 5-star experience!

When I first investigated getting aircon at home I looked on the Daikin site and looked for their partners locally and these guys came up. I sent them my requirements and they responded pretty much same day with a thorough quote with a clear breakdown of the solution. They quickly responded to questions and then validated the solution with a site visit. I had to sort out a new circuit which took a while and they didn't harass at all. Communications have always been prompt and clear. On installation they started by covering the floors and all the furniture in plastic. The installation of the indoor units was done very neatly without much fuss and everything was cleaned up at the end. I didn't have to do any further cleaning afterwards - something I was worried about. They fitted 5 units and that took the whole day up to about 8pm. They were keen not to disrupt me another day and got the internals completed leaving everything tidy and clean. The work outside took the majority of the next two days. Everything very neat with the piping and electrics all concealed in trunking. The guys were all very pleasant. The installation all seems to work very well, so I am currently very pleased. My only area of concern would be the lack of certification on the electrics though I think this is true of all or most aircon installers. My electrican put in the new circuit and this is certified, but the connection to the external unit is not covered. It would be good to get this bit tidied up.

Good professional company A pleasure to deal with Recommend

We had an air source heat pump installed and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The team was knowledgeable, professional and always punctual. They took the time to answer all of our questions. The installation was carried out efficiently and the quality of workmanship was exceptional. Thanks to their expertise we are now enjoying a more energy efficient and eco friendly home. A truly excellent experience from start to finish

I called for a water leak on my Daikin aircon and they were able to attend the next day. 2 polite and professional technicians arrived. The pump was blocked so they were able to get it to work again and they did not try to force a replacement like some service providers do. They meticulously cleaned both my aircons. Thank you for a speedy and great service.

Their experienced staff provide excellent advice and the equipment they offer is of the highest quality. The guys that carry out the installation are very professional and respectful of your home. They cover all surfaces and there was not a spec of dust anywhere. I could not find any reason to not recommend them to anyone else.

Just had air conditioning fitted to the upstairs of our house, and Razvan and his team have been totally professional, courteous and knowledgeable throughout. Communication was excellent, and everything was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
