We were in a rush to drop the gas pipe and connect our gas hob when we unexpectedly discovered that pipe behind the kitchen unit blocking our way to install dishwasher. Fantastic emergency service to replace gas feed to boiler. The old gas pipe was accidentally holed (and has been installed by previous home owner in a dangerous place). The response to our emergency call on a Sunday morning was excellent. Within 2 hours a new feed was installed and we had the boiler working again. We needed Ejaz to perform an annual boiler service, provide a landlord gas safety certificate and also replace an unsightly gas meter cupboard at the front of the property. I had leak in my kitchen sink tap pipe during new year bank holiday. I called Ejaz and he polietly agreed to come around and have a look within a hour when many other plumbers avoided. I asked Ejaz to install a toilet shower hose and to perform an annual boiler service for me. From the start and up until completion of the work I received great communication from Ejaz. He was very clear about the work to be carried out and how much it would cost. Anytime additional parts may have been needed beyond what was originally quoted, he made this clear before performing the work and gave me the pricing, to allow me to make an informed decision on whether he should proceed or not. He cleaned away any dust/debris left over from the job, and was all-round very knowledgeable about his craft and a nice person to speak to. Ejaz has been so helpful! We had a leak under the shower and saw droplets in the ceiling downstairs. I called Ejaz on Sunday afternoon and he came on Monday morning. He had to remove some of the tiles and the wood to identified what happened. Did put it all back together and it looked better than it was before.
