We hired Steve to replace the old shared lead water main at our Victorian house. He is very knowledgable, and was also respectful of my worries in terms of sealing the entry point and insulation. He took time to overcome obstacles, did a thorough job, his experience was clear. Would use again and fully recommend.
Can't speak highly enough of Steve, answered my call for assistance straight away came and visited site and discussed the way forward and resolution of leaking service water main came to replace service at agreed date and time all completed in less than a day can't thank him enough

Absolutely excellent job. Completely trustworthy, reliable, tidy, friendly. Old pipes froze and burst. Limited holes in garden, and three days later, you would never know we had new supply pipes laid underground. Fully recommended.
Steve mended a leak that no others were able, or, prepared to take on. He is knowledgeable, kind, patient, calm and hard working. He explains in detail and passionate about getting it right. Visited at a moment's notice. Worked out a safe way to locate and repair a leak from the ground to the third floor within cavity walls. I particularly recommend him to the elderly that frequently get ripped off. This humble, gentle man is sincere and understanding. You will not find better in Kent for any pipework.
Outstanding service from start to finish, Steve was very professional and caring with the work carried out at my Father-in-laws property, explaining all that was going on as work progressed. Upon completion everything was put back as found, great price too, absolutely first class :D
