Lee and the Berkshire HVAC team pulled out all the stops to get our air conditioning installed before my husband came home from hospital. Lee even came out at the weekend to fit it, showing genuine empathy for our situation. His workmanship was outstanding—he was clean, tidy, and clearly a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work. I recently had a problem with my boiler. The issue turned out to be more complicated. Lee kept me informed throughout the whole process, took the time to explain things and completed the work with a great result. I am delighted to see that they are undertaking installation and maintenance of Air Conditioning systems. With the way the climate is going I may well be considering this in the future!
We had a Fujitsu air conditioning unit installed in our bedroom last week and we’re very happy with it. From the initial contact to book an appointment to look at the job, to the final completion Lee was professional and communication was excellent. Options for different price points were offered and explained. Not once did I feel like a more expensive option was being pushed. The work was completed efficiently and Lee made sure to tidy everything up for a sleek finish. It wasn’t an easy installation thanks to some layout logistics of our house, but where others shied away from this, Lee took it all in his stride. Highly recommend Berkshire HVAC.
Lee quickly and efficiently fixed the underground water leak, with very little disturbance to kitchen. He had to cut out the bottom of a cupboard and dig down to locate the leak. 1st class job. Thank you
Reliable, honest and does a great job. Cleans up when finished. Diagnosed my electrical problem quickly and fixed it. No further problems. Would recommend using this company and won’t hesitate to use them again.
Lee did an outstanding job fitting a New Gledhill hot water cylinder including pipework . He also went out of his way to look into fitting a new bath tap because the shower attachment had broken off due to wear. He managed to take off the attachment that was broken thereby saving us money buying a completely new tap. His work is to done to the highest standard with the ability to solve problems efficiently and quickly. I really can't recommend him highly enough. A BIG thank you Lee!
Lee has done a great deal of work for us when we had a large extension done on our house. He installed our underfloor heating in our downstairs area and fitted a whole new heating system as well as two new bathrooms and the plumbing for our new kitchen. Our experience is that his work is to the highest quality. He's meticulous with his attention to detail, talks you through each job, and nothing is too much trouble in order to get the best results. We can't recommend him highly enough.

I had an excellent experience with Lee from Phase 1 Plumbing and Heating. He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Lee quickly diagnosed the issue with my leaking pipe and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. The work was done efficiently and to a very high standard. He even cleaned up the area afterward, leaving everything spotless. The pricing was fair, and there were no hidden fees. Very high quality work to add all of the electrics for a large extension. Particularly pleased that they always thought through the best solutions rather than just putting in the initially planned solution that wouldn't have worked so well. Would definitely ask for their help again.
Lee and his team at phase 1 have carried out our electrical installations for a some time now, I've had nothing but excellent feedback from all clients with their well mannered professionalism and clean work stations. We only work with companies that can will hold their agreement till the job is complete, because of this are proud that we can rely on Phase 1 to cover the project to the end. Lee is great with the customers, he explains to help understand the requirements of every task, which fills me with confidence that the homeowner understand what is happening during the progress. First time landlord and needing to have EICR certification done at short notice Lee was able to accommodate with a bit of jiggling. The test showed we had a major fault which required immediate attention. Once again, short notice, but Lee arranged for this work to be carried out including PAT testing. What started off as stressful trying to organise this work I couldn't have found a more professional, helpful company to help me out. At all times I was kept informed as to what was required and Gavin who carried out the work was a very pleasant young man. I'm not one for giving 5 stars as I always believe there is room for improvement HOWEVER in this case Phase 1 deserve 100% of the 5 stars. Thank you Phase 1 Electrical Services - it was a pleasure to do business with you.

These guys did a fantastic job, arrived on time, well equipped, knew exactly what they were doing, even took the time to explain things to me. Had 5 different issues to resolve in my home, did them all. highly recommended, in fact just arranging some upgrade work with them.
I found Lee from Phase 1 to be very informative in giving advice & recommendations in regards to changing my main fusebox & upgrading the RCDs. From the first visit to survey the work at no cost there was no pressure to proceed without considering all the consequences of carrying out the work or not.
