Replaced 70m of water pipe - the job turned out to be a lot more difficult than they were expecting but Mike and Jamie were a brilliant crew who just got on with the job and absolutely nailed - supported by Stuart the plumber and Jack helping out as well. No hesitation in recommending this company for the professional job well done. Will always ask for them in future.
Workmen arrived on site prompt and early to begin the work, they got the job done quickly and will leave the garden all raked out and tidy. The Director himself actually came round too and personally apologised for the miscommunication of no one coming the day before due to staff sickness and arranged for the trench in the front garden to be dug and shingled even though it hadn't been specified on the job requirement. Can tell he really cares about his company and providing a good customer experience and it isn't very often you would find the Director of the company himself willing to come out so I am very happy with the overall experience, job and the level of customer care so the 5 stars is well deserved. Thank you again.
I can’t tell you how brilliant of the service I received, I have used many tankers but I will never go anywhere else now. They were the most kind, helpful people on the phone and the men who came to me to empty my tank and Help me with my drainage and blockage. They couldn’t have done enough for me and was so helpful . What a brilliant service, from the speed and kindness of the office staff and a big thank you to Jack who attended our situation very quickly. He was very thorough explaining what he was doing and the problems he encountered and how he was going to resolve them as our drainage system was quite tricky to deal with, he worked efficiently and cleared up as he worked leaving everything clean and tidy. He is definitely a grafter and an asset to Rescue Rod. Would highly recommend this company.

From the person on the phone, to the person that came and fixed the drain. 100% impressed. If I was to employ people, it would be the people I spoke to with this company. Answered phone - fast. Came quickly for a blocked drain, it was explained to me why, fixed. I had another issue with the drain cover - spoke to someone, got a date to fix. Fixed. Will use again of course.

I had a blocked toilet over the weekend and called rescue rod to come and unblock it for me. The staff were extremely friendly and they did a great job. They also cleaned and disinfected the area in which they had been working. Overall I am very satisfied and would highly recommend there services.

We had a blocked drain so called Rescue Rod and within half a hour someone was with us. Christian was professional, knowledgeable and despite what he was there to do, he obviously enjoyed his job. He was very thorough and made sure the drains were unblocked and cleaned before he left.
Came out very quickly to sort a blockage, were super friendly and very professional. Got the job done quickly and all happy! Great service.
Ended up being much more expensive than what we were first told but as we understand it, the very wet weather at the time and worse condition of the inside of our pipes than first expected made it a far bigger job than first predicted. They did an excellent, professional job in very difficult conditions and kept us informed of what was going on and the unexpected problems they encountered during it. Would recommend.

The job turned out to be far more involved than anticipated. Not to be defeated the team formed a plan of action and got stuck in! A lot more very physical groundwork by hand plus it rained all day. Could not fault the attitude, the work & the clean-up/finish. Highly recommended, true specialists.

I rented a beach hut at Canford Cliffs with the sole purpose of going swimming. It was located by an outdoor shower. The shower was broken. After a few emails and 21 days I arrived to find that Stuart of Rescue Rod had made the repair! We now have a working shower and can get clean after our swims! What a great guy!
