Friday PM we had major leak below our drive. Called Craig, and he arrived in the evening, assessed the situation and offered to rectify the problem next morning. He arrived 0800 Saturday, dug a couple of holes, used his mole, inserted a new water pipe, and filled in. Job was completed by 1300. Most impressive was his professionalism, how he kept me informed of proceedings, but most of all, there was no signs of him being there. No mess, drive tiles replaced, amazing tradesman. Thoroughly recommend Real Utilities.
Craig and his team ran a new water main for us, following a leak, and professionally relaid all the slabs that had been removed by others. Craig arrived when he said, both to quote the job and then undertake the work. They worked well with other contractors on site at the same time to ensure a quick efficient job. Had a leak under extension. Contacted Craig and Owen who attended next day. They explained everything fully. Next day they moled a new service pipe and secured a new stopcock and some further plumbing internally. Everything was cleaned up at the finish. After a recent severe leak in our water supply pipe which was repaired via our insurance company, we contacted Craig after he was recommended to us ,with a view to having our water main replaced. He came around the same evening discussed our options and then gave us a very reasonable quote for the work. He came back and completed the job in one (long) day and left the place clean and tidy with all tarmac patches (kept to a minimum) neatly repaired , friendly,professional service and we are very happy to reccomend him and his team to anyone.
