Superb service. My hot water broke between Christmas and New Year. Hardly any plumbing merchants were open. I live in Manchester and my last chance to locate the part was from this company 250 miles away. I phoned them and spoke with Sarah who was very helpful. She confirmed the part was available and contacted the courier to ensure it would be with me before 12pm the next day. Heating engineer was arriving at 1pm! Sarah called me back to confirm all had been sorted. Parts arrived on time and fixed the problem. Thanks for your help.
