I have only good things to say about Key Drummond, in particular, their superb negotiator, Annabella Rose, without whom we may not have got this house. In April 2017, I contacted some 30+ agents in the BCP and surrounding area, as we were looking to move down from London. Only about 2/3 of those responded, often with properties that were nothing like what we wanted and not more than about half kept in touch, despite my calls and emails to assure them that we were still looking. Only Annabella stuck with us right through to late 2019. She never gave up, never treated us as ‘tyre kickers’, and never sent details which were not what we were looking for. No appointment was inconvenient (I’m sure we outstayed our welcome many times 😊). This was a major decision for us as we were moving both house and area, so we needed all the help and time we could get and Annabella was always available to talk and always available to view. After we found and agreed the purchase, she continued to help with all the info we needed, especially as it was a new house purchased from a receiver and, therefore, no existing owners whom we could ask questions. Annabella is a credit to her profession. If only more agents (especially around here) were like Key Drummond.

We were very impressed with Key Drummond / Lewis especially, from the start of our house hunting when he appeared within 5 minutes after our phone call to his office requesting to view a property we were sitting outside. Other local agents only wanted to make appointments several days later.
