I asked Plamen to replace a broken toilet connector on 8/6, as we needed to coordinate with a third-party company to investigate a communal leak. He completed the work promptly and efficiently, fitting the repair into the required time frame perfectly. I contacted Top Flow Plumbers due to an issue with our boiler. After a quick assessment, they identified that our model (Veissmann) was uncommon and could be difficult to diagnose accurately. Rather than risk a misdiagnosis and costly repairs, they recommended we contact the manufacturer directly, who offer a one-off fixed-price repair package. What really impressed me was their honesty—they could easily have taken the job, guessed at the fault and charged us. Instead they put our best interests first. That kind of integrity deserves five stars and shows they are truly trustworthy.
Called out for hot water issue. No solution and advising nonsense ,telling the KW for the electric boiler is high without the knowledge of the property is not small. Advised us to switch on the emergency hot water button for the whole night from midnight to get hot water in the morning, repeat every night for a week , observe electricity bills whether high or not. Then advised to call the number he obtained by ringing.Not capable sorting out.Then charged £85 for call out. He was also very rude .

Plamen has been an absolutely top-class professional throughout. He replaced the blown thermostats in our immersion heater and also went out of his way to find ones that were reasonably priced (several were excessively priced). Here he really went above and beyond, which took him many hours of driving to find and then return and finish the job! He also helped me balance the pressure in our underfloor heating and provided some really helpful advice and tips with other aspects of the heating system, again demonstrating his deep knowledge and expertise. Plamen came today at very short notice. I found his details in checkatrade. My kitchen was flooded with water due to blocked kitchen sink. He said he could be at my place after finishing another job and he arrived in less than 1 hour. He wore shoe protectors to avoid leaving any dirt on my floor. He unblocked the drain, gave me some good advice. Very courteous and professional. I will definitely call him again and he also does handyman work.
Just had to comment on the fantastic sevice, telephoned a number of plumbers with no response, this guy was brilliant said could come out same day but would be 8 o'clock at night, he asked for pictures and rang to say could do 7! Arrived on time,very friendly,had everything with him, did the the job spot on, clean tidy and respectful,what can I say would definitely recommend, would use again without hesitation!
Fantastic service, I initially called Plamen around to replace a faulty boiler thermostat and help with a slow running drain. The drain ended up being a much longer job but Plamen stayed and ensured it was completely resolved before leaving and even got out the special tools to clear the drain. Would definitely recommend

I cannot praise Plamen enough for the exceptional plumbing work he carried out in my home recently! There are not enough words to describe the high standard of his work. I had been struggling to find a plumber who was prepared to accept the work that was required, and I was getting frustrated and despondent. I eventually found Plamen on Checkatrade and he accepted the work, despite the fact that it was extensive and complicated, although most of the complexity wasn’t evident until he had already started work. That didn’t deter Plamen though, and over several days he persevered until he had completed the work to the highest standard possible. I needed several radiators and valves replacing, the whole system needed flushing and the shower cartridge needed replacing. My house was previously cold and miserable with poor heat production from the radiators, with some of them failing to warm up at all, but after Plamen had finished the complex work on the heating system, my plumbing and radiators throughout the house are now functioning perfectly and the house is toasty warm at last. Plamen drained some horrible-looking thick and sludgy gunk out of my radiators, which was one of the reasons why the radiators were so inefficient and not heating the house properly. Plamen was keen to keep the price reasonable for me, which I really appreciated. He visited several times to prepare and measure-up, ensuring that he only replaced the essential radiators with others just requiring replacement of the valves. He worked long hours, even during the weekend to complete the work, and brought a colleague along with him to help him on the Sunday. His standard of workmanship was faultless and he left the house immaculate. He was exceptionally tidy while he worked, always wearing overshoes or even removing his shoes, and applied adhesive plastic sheeting to the carpeted areas. He returned to bleed the radiators to ensure the most efficient water circulation and kept me informed throughout the process, carefully explaining anything that I didn’t understand. In addition, Plamen is a really lovely warm and friendly chap and so easy to have working in the house. I really can’t thank him enough for his exceptionally high standard of work and the difference that he has made to my house with fully functioning radiators and a warm shower! I have already recommended him to my neighbour, who after reading his amazing reviews, has contacted him. Thank you Plamen, and I apologise for the delay in posting my review. Quick Response-understanding that cold weather is coming and came to fix the boiler at late evening
We are a residential care home for the elderly with dementia. WOW what a professional, honest, tidy, polite workman. Plamen responded quickly and his work was carried out efficiently and with considered our residents at all times. We will certainly be using him again.

I contacted Plamon to replace a leaking tap. He was able to come round the same day. As he was checking out under the sink he identified another leak from the washing machine/dishwasher waste pipe which we didn't know about. He showed me the leak and what it would need to repair it. He sourced the piping and after replacing the tap proceeded to change the waste pie. It was a difficult job in my small kitchen as he had to pull out all my appliances to get to the pipework. He went above and beyond to get the job done and his charge was very reasonable for the time it took him. Highly recommend him.
Plamen has done fantastic job in my bathroom. He has removed old bath without damaging any tiles which was quite difficult. He installed new bath, tap and shower. He informed me about all the details of works which needed doing. He kept everything really tidy at all times. I would highly recommend him.
