POSEIDON Heating & Plumbing Services - Purley

Very prompt and efficient service. Would definitely use Ally again.

Ally came to balance my radiators in Palma and did a great job. We had good communication from the start and he turned up on time. Really friendly guy with lots of knowledge of all types of heating and gas installations. Would recommend for anyone looking for a plumber in the area.

First class , just bought an apartment in Palma , typical Spanish lazy workmanship! Ally came in even on a bank holiday and sorted it all out ! Highly recommended

Super quick response to my enquiry and completed the job 100%

Just a small job was not a problem for Alli punctual efficient definitely recommend and will be certainlt be using him again

Great service. Open communication and very helpful. Need help with plumbing issues, I recommend you call!

Super professional and results driven. Great to deal with Ally in Mallorca as an English Speaker and thank you for fixing a 6 month problem in a few hours!

Very happy with the plumbing work carried out by Ally on my bathroom. Was quick efficient. Will definitely be using him again!

Used Ally for an on going boiler issue at our property in Costa d’en blanes , which he sorted in 30 minutes , having taken others weeks to try and resolve. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, thorough and professional. Good at problem solving. Replaced my boiler at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended

Ally came to my house today, my heating wasn't working, firstly the speed in which I contacted him was brilliant, turned up in 24 hours, prompt, fast service Ally himself was polite and very efficient, highly recommend 👍

I called Poseidon for the installation of a combi boiler in replacement of the water tank. Rob sticked to his promises: came the day he said he`d come, conducted a detailed assessment, fully understood my concerns and found great solutions. Laura helped with a prompt quote and really went above and beyond to accomodate my requirements. Very experienced and professional team, and human people to talk to. Highly recommendable, have no hesitation to call them again

I dealt with Ally, a well-mannered professional, competent in his services and walked me through every step of his process. He was reliable and very reasonably priced, I would greatly recommend.

I found Alli at Poseidon extremely efficient. I had used other plumbers and heating engineers in the past but always found them to be late or to give quotes that ended up lower than the eventual price. Alli came when he said he would, completed a thorough inspection, went to get the required parts and returned immediately to complete the remedial work required. There was no funny business around prices and neither job (replacing a bathroom tap unit and replacing a boiler timing mechanism) required any further call-out. I wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else!

First dealings with Ally and he arrived promptly on a Saturday morning . Despite finding a few extra surprises within the job all work was completed in the time frame suggested. I would recommend his services and be using him again.

Poseidon provided a swift response to our plumbing emergency. Solved the problem (with two toilets) quickly and efficiently. Polite and courteous. Wore a face mask and ensured social distance was maintained throughout service.

Ally’s skills as a Plummer are second to none! His experience and professionalism are impeccable.! I will only ever use Ally as he is honest and on time and he always arrives with a friendly smile !

Ally from Poseidon Heating and Plumbing services has twice come to fix a sudden issue: one serious, a leak through the ceiling from an upstairs shower and one less serious, a toilet which wouldn't flush. Ally is punctual, fast, efficient and honest. I highly recommend Ally and this company.

Central heating stopped working. Ally came within 24 hours and diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour.

Ally is an outstanding professional, very efficient, and completes wonderful work . Extremely punctual timekeeper and very honest , hard working individual . I highly recommend Ally for any work that urgently requires attention .

Excellent service by Ally! Professional, courteous and great communication. Would definitely use again!

Had a nightmare when my dishwasher and washing machine packed up. Ally @ Poseidon turned up so promptly, manoeuvered the appliances expertly even though they were tight, managed to solve the problem with waterflow, and we were back up and running. He cleaned all areas and left the kitchen spotless. Excellent service!

Ally at Poseidon fitted my boiler back in 2017 and did a very professional job. He does my servicing on a rental property and if anyone mentions the word gas I always advise them to give him a call. He is tidy, courteous, communicative and turns up on time. An ideal tradesman.

I've called on Ally's services a couple of times over the last few years and found him to be responsive, professional and value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

On the two occasions we have called Ally out he has been excellent and we would certainly recommend to anyone who requires a plumber in the Purley area.

Did it in time and was a clean job

They replaced my ancient boiler with minimal mess or disruption, would highly recommend. Reasonable too.

Following extremely impressive work at my house I recommended them to my sister who was also very happy. Extremely prompt and knowledgeable. Would happily recommend them!

Poseidon have supplied and installed a complete new central heating boiler (which works brilliantly) and carried numerous small and medium sized plumbing jobs for us over the years, sometimes at very short notice. They are prompt, good quality and always leave the house tidy and clean afterwards. Crucially, they always keep you informed if they are running late (rare) or have any issues. I would be happy to recommend them.

This company left myself and my family with an incomplete bathroom as i made a classic error and gave him too much money before the job was done. Your response is disappointing, but that's fine.

Great response and a clean and very tidy job done. Thank you.

Speedy, polite service... Full boiler replacement completed with minimal impact on the family. Would highly recommend as also very good value in comparison to other quotes.

Great job, good price, friendly and tidy. Does what it says on the tin!

Left my neighbour without a bathroom!!
