Avoid. Walked off a job with a contract, works in bad faith. Edit: Nice quip on rogue customers, but it’s ironic given a burst pipe that a trainee could install nearly flooded our entire property. Over £10,000 was paid out on this contract, and it was left unfinished because it was badly managed by Ally. Avoid at all costs, ally himself is a poor plumber, and relies on others to do the majority of the work.
Ally fixed 2 of my leaking toilets. Problem sorted. He was fast and efficient. I trust him and would use him again.

I dealt with Ally, a well-mannered professional, competent in his services and walked me through every step of his process. He was reliable and very reasonably priced, I would greatly recommend.
I found Alli at Poseidon extremely efficient. I had used other plumbers and heating engineers in the past but always found them to be late or to give quotes that ended up lower than the eventual price. Alli came when he said he would, completed a thorough inspection, went to get the required parts and returned immediately to complete the remedial work required. There was no funny business around prices and neither job (replacing a bathroom tap unit and replacing a boiler timing mechanism) required any further call-out. I wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else!
First dealings with Ally and he arrived promptly on a Saturday morning . Despite finding a few extra surprises within the job all work was completed in the time frame suggested. I would recommend his services and be using him again.

Ally from Poseidon Heating and Plumbing services has twice come to fix a sudden issue: one serious, a leak through the ceiling from an upstairs shower and one less serious, a toilet which wouldn't flush. Ally is punctual, fast, efficient and honest. I highly recommend Ally and this company.

Had a nightmare when my dishwasher and washing machine packed up. Ally @ Poseidon turned up so promptly, manoeuvered the appliances expertly even though they were tight, managed to solve the problem with waterflow, and we were back up and running. He cleaned all areas and left the kitchen spotless. Excellent service!
Ally at Poseidon fitted my boiler back in 2017 and did a very professional job. He does my servicing on a rental property and if anyone mentions the word gas I always advise them to give him a call. He is tidy, courteous, communicative and turns up on time. An ideal tradesman.

Poseidon have supplied and installed a complete new central heating boiler (which works brilliantly) and carried numerous small and medium sized plumbing jobs for us over the years, sometimes at very short notice. They are prompt, good quality and always leave the house tidy and clean afterwards. Crucially, they always keep you informed if they are running late (rare) or have any issues. I would be happy to recommend them.
This company left myself and my family with an incomplete bathroom as i made a classic error and gave him too much money before the job was done. Your response is disappointing, but that's fine.
