Came to reattach a radiator that had been removed whilst plastering work was done. Did the job quickly and without mess, also solved a small problem with a radiator I had upstairs and refused extra payment for it. Great job 👍

Ask to him remove and refit toilet and bathroom radiator while I was decorating the bathroom.came to refit them the toilet was leaking came 3 days later.the next day noticed the radiator was leaking also...says he turn up and fix it .Still waiting..avoid ....go somewhere else

He caused chaos when doing a bathroom refit and I nearly lost my tenants. I chased him repeatedly for a boiler warranty. Ignored. Warranty invalid as not told to get yearly service by him and he did not advise me paperwork. Told me to buy a 80800mm shower base. Far too small. Stuck with it. He told tenant that was my fault as well as my fault for not getting yearly boiler service I would of had I known it kept warranty valid. Chased since Wednesday. Only asked for surname today when I said I would contact Baxi myself. I will find emails proving he ignored me re chasing up warranty. He ignored suggestion of buying base and shower screen. Needs to realise tenants and landlords do speak to each other and he has lied about me. Avoid. .
