Copperline Plumbing Ltd

We have used Copperline several times and Charlie is now our go-to expert for all things plumbing! He is super reliable, friendly and professional, has great communication, is very efficient with his time and finds a solution to suit the needs and budget of each project. Highly recommend!

Absolutely superb job, turned up when they said they would did the job as they said they would no issues would definitely recommend

In the hot weather we noticed one area of our grass was thriving whilst the rest of it was golden coloured. We had a leak on our water main that we would not have found otherwise. Copperline were recommended to us as the people who would resolve the problem. Following a discussion with Copperline we decided that, as the water main was around 60 years old, it would be best to replace the whole thing rather than repair one bit and it going again further along. As this was important Copperline managed to schedule the work in under a week. The work was completed promptly and, despite having to dig several holes, was done carefully and left all neat and tidy. Highly recommended.

Called Copperline last week [1st time] to fix what i thought was a leaking enclosed cistern. Charlie arrived and after 20 minutes of removing panels to investigate determined that the problem wasn't my cistern but leaky shower screen sealant, which i can obviously fix myself. When i asked what i owed [i expected at least a call-out charge] Charlie just said "Don't worry about it" and wouldn't take a penny. It's good to know there are still companies that prioritize good customer service over money. Copperline will be my first choice plumbers from now on.

Great workmanship,, great value,, on time,, helpful,, ect. Happy to recommend to anyone for any plumbing works needed. 👏👍

The quality of his work was excellent, and everything was completed to a very high standard. He was incredibly neat and tidy throughout the job and even replaced part of our floorboards after discovering they were in poor condition, which really showed his attention to detail and pride in his work. Outstanding plumber and experience. Our unconventional shower setup did not faze Charlie and he solved a two year old problem in one day at a fair price. Skillful, professional, reliable , we can't recommend him highly enough. His attention to detail and finish was a delight.

Really happy with the service & work... managed to fit us in to replace and upgrade our leaking taps really promptly.

Charlie saved the day no question. Identified the cause of the problem late at night, and made sure we had hot water - all by helping me understand what was required over the phone! Could have easily made quick cash for a call out, but chose to talk me thought it. Not simple for a guy like me, but made simple to understand by him. Absolute gentleman.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Charlie was fantastic from start to finish. He arrived on time, provided a great service, and was honest enough to recalculate the quote when the job took less time than expected. Really appreciated the professionalism and transparency. I’ll definitely be recommending him to friends and family!

He was very responsive and efficient to visit the house to provide a quote. Charlie was very friendly and approachable, easy to talk to. The quote was reasonable for the work needed doing. On the day Charlie did a very good job and overall we are very happy with the work he has done and the outcome. Definitely would use him again!

I had a great experience with this plumber. He responded to my message promptly, was kind and professional throughout, and managed to install a new boiler on the very same day. Called Copperline today for an emergency leak and couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I called, Charlie was responsive, professional, and genuinely reassuring during what was a stressful situation. He arrived sooner than expected and immediately got to work diagnosing the issue. What really stood out was his expertise and transparency. He explained the problem, outlined the solution, and gave an honest assessment without any pressure or hidden costs. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, and he made sure everything was fully tested before leaving. Not only did Charlie fix the leak promptly, but he also left the area clean and tidy. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, skilled, and courteous, especially in an emergency. I would highly recommend Charlie to anyone in need of a reliable plumber. Truly outstanding service from start to finish! Will definitely use again in the future.

Good plumbers are hard to find, Charlie at Copperline is a great plumber. We had Charlie in to redo some work that another plumber had completed a week prior that was subpar, and was still leaking. Charlie turned up on time, did the job quickly and to a good standard and even ran me through everything and how it all works. You can tell he really loves the work and takes great pride in what he does. 10/10 would recommend.

Charlie and Ryan came around to install a number of bathroom fittings and to repair some leaking pipes. They were very lovely and professional. They did a great job and were nothing but gracious in helping me to order a kitchen tap asap when the one that I bought did not arrive in time. Also they helped with a toilet cistern problem over the phone, without making me feel bad about overlooking a rather (very) basic issue which I greatly appreciate. I will definitely use them on any future plumbing jobs that I have.

100% recommendations Great service He solves my boiler out today very quickly and he is very professional.

Charlie and his team worked in a friendly, professional manner to replace our water main at a sensible price. Having restored my faith that good reliable tradespeople do exist. We would not hesitate to use them if needed in the future.

Thanks Charlie for saving the day! Your comms, responsiveness, workmanship, attention to detail and just all around calmness was really appreciated. Within 20 mins of calling Charlie he was at my flat sorting out a leak from the floor above. Reworked some plumbing that had been done poorly by a previous tradesman. Plus beautiful lab Bella for pets at the end. 10/10

Had a really positive experience with Charlie! It's definitely a relief when a plumber is thorough and professional, especially when you're dealing with something like unexpectedly high water bills. Charlie took the time to investigate properly and to identify the real cause, It wasn't an expected leak but was due to excessive water usage, thank you so much we appreciate your quick response time calling around out of normal working hours to put our minds to rest...

Replaced my lead mains water supply with new piping from meter. They discovered my drains were blocked before starting and cleared those for me. Much appreciated. They worked hard and were professional and polite. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks again.

Amazing work ethic. Knows his stuff. Gets on with it. Fixes it and communicates brilliantly too. I could not recommend highly enough. What a find! Having recently moved into a house that turned out to have more than its fair share of leaks and plumbing-related issues, I have had to interact with quite a few plumbers/plumbing companies around the wider Folkestone area, to try and get things fixed (largely unsuccessfully, I might add). But no more - Copperline Plumbing is now my go-to company. Charlie is amazing. He just gets stuck in and will find a solution and fix the problem. His communication is excellent too - no more being ghosted or wondering if anyone will bother getting back to you, (the sort of behaviour that sadly seems rife among many professionals.)

This firm is really professional. Charlie responded to a call out for an emergency leak and had it quoted, picked up the parts, and completed the work within 2 hours. He did a great job, was very careful to cause minimal disruption. Highly recommended!
