We have been sourcing products from Advantage Catering Equipment for a few years now. We have used them purely for supply and delivery - but have also utilised their engineers expertise to help us install and commission specialist equipment. We would highly recommend.

I bought an industrial fridge through Advantage Catering Equipment in which to store Japanese sake. The order process was simple and the delivery was during the time window stated (though, ideally this time window would have been a little narrower). Goods delivered as described. No problems whatsoever -- would shop with Advantage Catering Equipment again!

Excellent on all counts, and Craig was happy to accommodate the minor request I contacted them with, making for an easy sale. And of course, the Vogue tri-wall pots are excellent as well. Just as an aside, because I searched high and low for this information and now know it myself: If you're used to heavy-gauge tin or silver-lined copper cookware, tri-wall cookware is comparatively not *quite* as good. This is a minor point however, because it makes up for that by being excellent in its own right, and not needing any maintenance (zero, really), and being easy to throw in the dishwasher and bang around. So I have the copper for situations where it's really necessary, and the rest of the time, or when it's being repaired, I can use the Vogue tri-wall and not think twice about it. I have had an excellent experience with Advantage Catering Equipment. In particular, special mention goes to Craig. He was able to get a water softener dispatched very quickly from their main distributor. Unfortunately, it had some issues and didn't work too well. However, he was quick to resolve the issue and chased up the courier several times to ensure the safe return of the faulty model, and replacement with a new one. I would highly recommend Advantage Catering Equipment, and will use them again in the future!

Be extremely careful using this company or any other companies under there umbrella we recently had a large project undertaken and found them extremely expensive but had used them before and quality of workmanship was high . The job started fine and the lads on site were fantastic the workmanship extremely high they were clean , tidy polite couldn’t ask for better unfortunately the sub contractors they used then started the second phase of works we had a issue with missing switches that were on the original quote but magically were not installed then quoted hugely to come back and install saying they had quoted for the wrong switch …. Then the flooring company they used created a huge mess had to re lay the flooring as had incorrectly laid it the 1st time round and within a week it’s lifted and huge scratches over 5k worth of flooring not fit for purpose yet the offer of £500 off the bill we are now having to pay for a building surveyor to come out and inspect the flooring at huge costs to ourselves and had to pay a different electrician to finish the missing works . So if your using them and they are carrying out works themselves I would recommend there work if they are subbing out the work avoid you will be left out of pocket several times over and a huge headache in the process

These guys did our new bakehouse and cafe fit out in Faversham, from the flooring, electrics, plumbing and extraction to building partition walls and installing the cold room. Highly skilled at what they do and really nice people to work with. They are very busy (which is a good sign!) so make sure you book them with plenty of notice! Highly recommended

I have been using Advantage catering for a few years now for catering equipment & repairs. We have just brought 2 Rational ovens of them and had them installed. Nick has been great with costings and advice. The guys that installed them were also very professional and friendly. I cannot fault this company at all. I ordered Rational heat shield for our Oven but unfortunately our Oven stopped working before Heat shield arrived. I decided to buy new Oven and called Advantage catering to cancel my order but they said it's been dispatched. I returned it back and I received full refund today. Good customer service. We had a wall mounted water boiler fitted by these guys in an office kitchen, the sales guy Simon suggested a lincat and it suited our needs perfectly, the engineer was very friendly and helpful and fitted exactly where required without any problems, they went the extra mile for us fitting the next day in the evening, couldn't be more satisfied for such a good price, everyone is very happy with. We run a small bar & pizzeria in London and had a good experience with Advantage Catering Equipment when we bought a fryer from them last year - unfortunately there was an issue but they arranged for an engineer to attend and fix the problem. Because of this, when our ice machine failed (not bought from Advantage), we looked to them for a replacement, attracted by the parts & labour warranty. To top it off, they arranged for next day delivery despite us missing the cut off time!

I am the owner of two cafes in Central London, Kaffeine on Great Titchfield street and our new store on Eastcastle street. We had a good experience a couple of years ago when we bought a glass washer from Advantage so naturally we went back to them when we needed a new dishwasher for the kitchen. Nick & the team remembered us, pulled out the stops and got us good terms from the supplier, early delivery and installation for the run up to Christmas. There was a misunderstanding over a 3-phase power supply, which was available in the building but not where the dishwasher was actually positioned and Advantage did everything in their power to help us sort the issue with minimum disadvantage to ourselves.
