Contacted Gavin after seeing some great recommendations online. He was quick to respond and book in a convenient date and time. The job was capping off an old gas supply that was no longer needed for a gas hob. Gavin confirmed when he was on his way, arrived on time and completed a nice clean cap and testing. Also made sure gas boiler was functioning having turned off the gas supply. Would definitely use Gavin’s services again. Top man !
We’ve been using Gavin for over several years now, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He’s carried out all sorts of plumbing work for us, from tracking down and repairing leaks in an older house to recently fitting a new water softener. Gavin is always reliable, professional, and takes real pride in his work. He turns up when he says he will, explains everything clearly, and the quality of his workmanship is consistently excellent. It’s rare to find a tradesperson who is so knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about doing the job properly. Gavin has been outstanding. Five stars without hesitation.
Gavin has completed a few jobs for us, including the total replacement of our family bathroom and guest ensuite. Both are admired by visitors. More recently he has refurbished the shower in our main ensuite which involved removing tiles of some walls as well as the old shower tray. Everything has been done to a high standard and we are really pleased. The new shower and tiles complement our existing tiles and cabinets perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble and Gavin’s tiler and electrician were also excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Gavin’s services again.
I have used Gavin for numerous jobs, which include a fantastic wood burner (taken out the horrible fireplace),A brand new lovely kitchen and putting the old units in the utility room. Gavin has just finished insulting my damp downstairs toilet and sorting out a damp breakfast area. Gavin has always been professional on time and the workmanship is fantastic. I would highly recommend Gavin for any job .
