Aqua Heat Assure

Great service as always by Aqua Heat Assure. Attendance in less than 24hrs on a failed external tap (installed by others). This combined with a faulty AAV repair and boiler service (installed by others again……) All future plumbing issues or additions will be through AHA. We cannot recommend Stew and his team enough!

Stewart, thank you for carrying out an excellent job on repairing our under floor leaking waste pipe, replacing our enclosed toilet cistern and installing a new bathroom basin and pedestal. We were very pleased with the standard of the work and the care you took whilst working in our home. And we appreciate it wasn't all straight forward.

Stewart and his team have been an absolute lifesaver for me. In the middle of a chaotic extension that I am project managing his team came in and worked tirelessly to get us 1st fixed well ahead of schedule. Stew also helped get my program straight and brought a sense of calmness to the build which we very much needed. I would 100% recommend Aqua Heat Assure to anyone.

I needed to replace a shower tray for my tenants and contacted Stewart Beck of Aqua Heat Assure to assess the work. It became apparent that more work was required and I decided to have the cubicle, tray, tiling and shower replaced along with the flooring. Stewart gave me an estimate for the work and completed it all within three days with no added costs. He has done a fantastic job and the finish is immaculate. I am really pleased with the results so too are the tenants. Stewart Beck is a reliable and competent engineer and friendly.

Stu was absolutely fantastic! Our shower had stopped working and the manufacturer no longer stocked the required parts. Stu went the extra mile to source the correct part and repaired it, rather than pushing for a full shower replacement, which would have been the easier (and more expensive) option. Honest, knowledgeable, and highly skilled — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Absolutely amazing service from Aqua Heat Assured. I recently needed a new shower, radiator, and plumbing work completed on a new build. Everything was explained thoroughly, and the service was professional and reliable throughout. I’m looking forward to them returning for my boiler service and would highly recommend them.

We have recently had our old shower room replaced with a lovely modern new one by Aqua heat assure. Stewart and Charlie were professional and polite throughout. The tiler, Steve, who I believe the company often use, was also great and a lot of preparation went into his work to make sure the tiling fits were perfect. The overall finish is excellent and we are very happy with the work. The disruption was kept to a minimum, the water was off for very little time and other areas were left clean and tidy. We had a subsequent boiler issue (it was over 20 years old) and again we used Aqua heat assure for this. It was great to get back to a reliable heating system with a new boiler at a good price. I would recommend Aqua heat assure and we will go back to Stewart for any future plumbing needs.

Stu and his team have been fantastic from design to installation. Communication throughout was great assuring we had the walk in shower and wallboard we wanted. Great price quality of work was great and couldn’t have asked for a better service !!! 10/10

Stuart and Charlie carried out a five star service in changing my shower screens, cord, sink taps, toilet seat and extractor fan as no job is too small ! Work was carried out quickly, efficiently and with extreme care. All looks great and I will definitely be using Aqua Heat Assure again and highly recommend that you do too!

Aqua Heat fitted a new bathroom, including all the tiling, moved my boiler & moved radiators in my flat. They are an extremely professional company who I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend for others to use

Stewart and aqua heat were absolute life savers!! Contacted them out of hours on Friday evening, as had Airbnb guests at a property and no hot water or heating. They were out to the property in 45 mins and sorted the issue within the hour!! Very reasonable charge considering a call out on a Friday evening as well. Would highly recommend!!

Great service as always from Aqua Heat Assure (used previously for a complete bathroom renovation) - I called Stewart this morning regarding a burst pipe and he came out later in the afternoon to fix it! I couldn’t recommend Stewart and Aqua Heat Assure highly enough - 5* service!

Following a flood at our property Stewart project managed the installation work of a new kitchen and cloakroom including all his plumbing works. He was exceptional From start to finish during a very stressful time spanning over 6 months while the property dried out. I cannot fault his work or excellent communication and reassurance and support during the whole time. I would strongly recommend Aqua Heat Assure. Thank you Stu and Charlie and all those involved
